horrible stay
Reviewed By wlee713285do not stay here. read my review, its nasty and unsafe and the food is old and reheated. bugs in your bed weird unsafe people hanging around hollering at you and more. cops always in and out of there, you can hear everything outside because the doors bent at the bottom and there is nasty stains on the bedding, and molded musty smell to rooms.

Rude staff and awful breakfast.
Reviewed By MeggysmumStaff on arrival very ignorant, walked straight past us and let the door slam in our face as we went to enter reception. Room near the back so at least it was away from the very noisy road, carpark didn’t feel particularly safe but our car wasn’t damaged. Room was ok, fridge door wouldn’t shut properly, cockroach in the bathroom, skimpy on the towels, only one cup for the coffee machine. Breakfast ran out of spoons, napkins, pastries, jellies and then a surly staff member came in and took the syrup away. Difficult to eat cereal and yogurt with a knife and fork! Lots of people complaining. There are plenty of places to stay in Fresno but the rude staff would be the reason never to choose here again.

There was dried toothpaste in the sink the room had not been vacuumed the sink drain had a huge piece broke out there were gnats flying out of it it was gross! There is a huge population of homeless all around the facility. It should be closed!

Reviewed By mcompton77I booked through booking.com, which they were very accommodating in getting a refund. I had to shorten my trip, but the front desk told me that even though I prepaid through booking .com that I would still have to pay for the night with a credit card because they didn't get money from booking.com. Booking.com called the motel personally and put a stop to their attempted double charging. So I got a refund from Motel 6 for the shortened stay, and then I checked in for the night, at this point I wasted 1.5 hours dealing with this. Finally get in the room and the floor was sticking to my shoes and the general filth grossed me out enough that I'm going to sleep in my car for my last night much happier than living in filth for a night. Two thumbs down.

Best Motel of Our Recent Trip
Reviewed By Teresa WWe were worried about where we were going to park the cargo trailer we were towing when we saw the tight parking lot. The girl at check in was really sweet and offered to move her own car to accommodate our trailer right outside the front door. The motel was located near a college and surrounded by medical buildings. We felt very safe at this motel and did not see any transients in the area. Our room was very clean with all of the amenities: frig, microwave, coffee maker, hot shower and cold AC. We had trouble getting the TV turned on, but again, the girl at the front desk was helpful and easily walked us through it. We had a very quiet night's sleep. Since covid began, we've not been to many motels offering breakfast, so we were pleased to find the breakfast room open with typical fare like hot waffles, cereal, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, coffee and juices. The gentleman monitoring the breakfast room also checked me out when leaving. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Reviewed By runwatcherEmployees were very kind BUT this room, on this weekend, was extraordinarily overpriced. I know it was a big weekend but they gouged me. The rooms ave very close to the road and it was extremely noisy. Truck traffic all night long. The room smelled like fake cinnamon potpourri candles. The room was exceedingly small. This was a work trip so I wasn't in the room much but it chased me away. I wouldn't post a review except for the fact that I paid so much money because there was a big event in Fresno on the weekend I stayed. I guess that is capitalism but it seemed way over the top. That said, the employees were nice.

Bed uncomfortable and bed spread had rips in it. coffee maker had to be plugged into bathroom cause outlet it was plugged into didn’t work. Ac worked but older unit and very loud. Saw multiple roaches.

Reviewed By יובל לthe only thing that was good about this place was the receptionists. We searched for a place to sleep on the way and it was the closest to us. Stinky rooms, we got a room with smoking even though we booked non smoking. The room was dirty, the shower didn't work and there were hairs in it, there was no wifi reception in the room, no microwave and no fridge.The pool was small, dirty and not suitable for use, the smoke detector was broken.

I have never been in such a dirty disqusting low class place to stay in 40 years while traveling EVERYTHING is bad, broken down interior, bedding just ridiculous no blankets just a sheet cover beds ultra hard. Floors are simulated wood not even carpeted. Bathroom completely falling apart, trash everywhere, walls are dirty and surroundings stinks.....pool, forget it!!! The outside surroundings must cater to local hookers and drug users. The inter telephone service was not even working, so I could not complain about the noisy tenants directly above my room. Before checking out the next day I complained to the girl at the window, asked to speak to the manager, he comes in after 10 am, left my number but have not heard from anyone for over a week. I called my VISA card center and stopped payment. I will not pay till either the owner or manager contacts me. WARNING Its a total cluster F**K
