They did offer breakfast for a price but there was only one person working taking and delivering orders on Ohio State graduation weekend. I would think they need to staff up on grad and football game weekends. Other than that, all was good!

Reviewed By TravelNurse1993Came to this hotel for a Martial Arts banquet being held next door at the Courtyard Marriott. Check-In process was fairly straight forward. The front desk employee (at the time) wasn’t the friendliest lady. I wish she wouldn’t have had an attitude. Got my room (216) and went upstairs to access my room. I had a very hard time opening the door. It seemed like it was stuck and I had to use a lot of strength to open the door. The Room: upon opening the door, the room seemed clean and was VERY large. There was more room than furniture in the room. I wish the TV was larger because it was too small for the cabinet it was standing on. I could hear outside noise from the road/street, but it didn’t seem like it would be that big of an issue. The Bathroom: standard hotel bathroom. I do wish the shower head put out more pressure because it was on the weaker side. Overall: I had a great stay and if given the opportunity, I would stay at this hotel again.

The next door neighbors were very loud all night even after reporting it to the front desk. The room smelled like air freshener and cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.

Reviewed By Inasu CNothing fancy, just a typical motel, room was just okay. Good for an overnight’s sleep after a long drive, especially when you are on a road trip. Friendly staff, WiFi was a bit slow, free self parking. An average motel stay, I would say, nothing exceptional.

We are Super 8 Columbus by the Wyndham Group. Located conveniently off of I71 in the Northern part of Columbus just 15 minutes from downtown and equally close to John Glenn Columbus International Airport. All of our updated rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge, ironing board, cable, free wi-fi, and coffee makers. We have a tasty continental breakfast every morning from 7:00 to 10:00. We are also pet friendly with just a $15.00 daily fee.
Lack of Communication & Scare at Check-in

I was very tired & exhausted from my trip and I arrived in the early morning so I was so panicked about not being able to check-in. I called both the hotel & booking.com numerous times. Once someone finally showed up she was rude & passive-aggressive despite seeing how worried I was about the situation. She also never told me where the included breakfast was. I'm never staying at this Super 8 again. The chair included with the desk was broken and there was only a liner, not a shower curtain, in the shower.
