Oh how the O has fallen
Reviewed By IanMcPWhen I last visited the Ever O business hotel I thought it was a great place to stay but oh how has the quality dropped. After booking on line on arrival, even though I had booked in for 5 nights I was offered a windowless cave like room. To get a room with windows I had to pay an additional 1200 pesos. Previously the room rate included breakfast but this time it was an additional charge. Previously the room had a bar fridge but this time to have a fridge was an additional 300 pesos a night. The biggest insult was the soap offered in the bathroom . It was so tiny it could hardly be seen. Literally one wipe over the body and it disappeared . Similarly with the toilet roll. Most toilet rolls have a minimum of 150 sheets. The rolls offered had 50 sheets and very hard to get replacements. The saddest part was the five cock roaches killed in the first hour of occupying the room. Sadly the only thing that allows me to give it a 3 rating is the staff.

Reviewed By harwilmThese hotel is very nice the lobby ambiance is good and near in the Airport just a minute ride. The staff are very accommodating and the room is excellent I will recommend this hotel . Negative experience I experience during my stay is the internet connection is very slow, Cigarettes smell, You will heard the noise in the hallway. Just a friendly reminder ?

Bed sheets and towels are okay.Bathroom is clean and big too..with hot shower. With free toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo.(di lahat ng inn gnito) Plus indoor slipper provided. Free breakfast...bitin nga lng pero ok na din... The location is near kcc and airport. The staffs are nice. I'l chose this hotel whenever i can go back to zamboanga city again. ?

Reviewed By Eduard Rwe booked via Agoda for our accommodation for Zamboanga Visit, there was a misrepresentation on the room type, we were looking for a room with three single beds, Agoda, showed this hotel with an affordable price. However, upon arrival, the room for three was in a different price, which was higher compared on the Agoda website. upon discussion with Agoda and the Hotel representative. Marcian Business Hotel accommodated our request to have the room without paying the price difference. The hotel values its commitment to the hotel guests.

Ok for Price!
Reviewed By confusejnot that recommendable as rooms are not that clean however food is still acceptable. Worth to try once as the location is not bad, but I think there are other hotels that can give better service. I think there's a lot om improvement needed in this hotel. Thus, we still enjoyed our stay.

End of an era.
Reviewed By simonsD3784EEStaff were great. The building itself was tired. Air conditioner barely worked. Nice maintenance people tried to fix our A/C unit three times before they agreed to move us to a different room. Stayed for a week with my family, we booked two rooms. They have a newer wing but the current CEO decided to shut it down. Terrible move considering he pushed (scared) a lot of people away by putting them in the older wing. Family and I would always stay here at least for a week every year. Not sure we would be going back with is sad considering this was my hotel of choice back in the day. Again staff were great but management doesn't seem to care about returning guests.

Reviewed By traipsingchroniclesGood location since it is a few minutes drive to the airport and to the pueblo. A stone's throw away from the Ateneo de Zamboanga and the Cathedral. It is accessible by public transportation and is also near the terminal for Pasonanca-bound jeepneys. There are quite a number of food establishments within the vicinity and the Canelar Barter is nearby. The place has outdated fixtures but it is clean and is in relatively quiet environment. Wifi connection is strong but the mobile network signal is weak inside the room. The hotel staff were likewise friendly and helpful.
