Reviewed By sgtr0dIt was perfect for me to get some sleep before catching my flight. They have a shuttle bus that take you to the airport. Very convenient. The room was not too big. But it was cleaned and just the right size for one or two people. Free breakfast and wifi.

We were upgraded in one of the new room and you can feel how the staff is proud about the hotel. The ladies from the restaurant were super nice, smiling all the way and the food was fabulous. The breakfast was very good and varied. The team can give master classes in customer service to their competitors. I absolutely loved my stay, my son as well. The private transfer to the airport is very convenient and once again the driver was super professional.

From the extremely aggressive and combative stay, to the dodgy hallways and the murder scene itself aka the ROOM (if you can call it that)- this hotel needs to shut down IMMEDIATELY, retain or fire your staff in particular “William” and the “Older white woman on reception” … the reason for their names in quotes is because they won’t give their real name or they give you a fake name aka “William” who was the younger guy with short black hair working on 24th May - who is new. I overheard him SHOUTING and SCREAMING at guests on the 24th May. Don’t stay here if you like your life and well-being. Rude staff straight from hell itself with very dodgy practises which seems like they are committing fraud with your personal details. Have I said it’s hell… well I’ll say it again for the people in the back it’s HELL. Don’t stay there if you like your life.”

Also my covid test was no longer valid and I couldn't find another. The Hyatt helped me through each step. I was so impressed by the hotel itself but the service especially.

Reviewed By KeriS274We booked this room for the airport shuttle and the pool. The pool was warm, the hot tub was COLD and the sauna was not working. NO ZEN. The restaurant was AWFUL, the menu items listed and the food delivered did not match in anyway. The service was not great and the hotel is not clean and the staff are rude. When we arrived the requested $150 deposit despite the fact that I had already paid for the room and only staying for the night. The airport shuttle is not available until after 8am which was not advertised, the cab is estimated to be $25 and I worry about making my flight. This was expected to be a relaxing end to a long vacation and it was not.

Our shuttles service can drive you from the different terminals and from the train stations. The whole hotel is adapted so as to give you more and more wellness.
What a dump
Reviewed By rutterc2022Off to a bad start from first entry when the arrogant male receptionist, persisted on having a conversation with his mate at the counter for nearly 10 minutes, booked the room and paid for, but had to leave a €214 deposit, when going to the room I had to take 5 trips back down to reception before the receptionist took my word for the key won’t work, baring in mind this was on a 2am arrival after being on the road all day. I have no idea what the € 214 deposit covers as there is nothing even to the value of €214 in the room. The bathroom is like a caravan set up, sh#t, shower & shave all at once. Single bed is an ironing board with a mattress, TV is no bigger than my IPhone. Very much a hostel not a hotel. In the UK we would call this HMP Belmarsh. What a crap hole

I made this reservation in November and I paid in advance it, actually, it was a pre-paid and not refundable reservation. As you (reader) may know, during March Italy has been part of Virus Outbreak (COVID-19) and the government has taken important measures to contain it. My flight has been canceled, furthermore, it was not possible for me to leave my domicile. Therefore I immediately informed Booking to delete the reservation and I kindly ask for a refund since it was an extraordinary situation (in France as well). The hotel, in a first moment, has accepted my request of refund on condition that I should have provided a proof of flight cancellation and proof of payment to the Hotel. Both have been provided by e-mail, but then, suddenly, they refused to refund me because the reservation is pre-paid and non-refundable... which is right, but considering the exceptional situation, it is an answer that I did not expect. In any case, Booking has refunded me but the hotel, in my humble opinion did not behave correctly. I would not consider this hotel for any future travel to Paris.

Reviewed By LaohuPenangContrary to other reviews we were spoiled by the front desk staff, notably the professional and charming services of Ms Adriana, and the breakfast room by Ms Laurence who prepared a sumptuous breakfast early in the morning! The shuttle is an issue to be addressed by management, we were sent to the flight simulator training instead of CDG airport!
