Excellent Overnight stay
Reviewed By mark123213We selected the hotel for an overnight stay to catch our plane the next morning from MAD airport. Hotel was accessible from the highway, check-in process was quick and reception staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and bathroom was excellent. We used the indoor garage which has a direct elevator access to all other floors. We did not try the restaurant. Hotel was 17 min away from the airport by car.

Reviewed By EladBThis hotel has average rooms for the category, it is very clean. The desk manager is very nice and accommodating ! I felt very welcome in the hotel. The breakfast is simple but has mostly what you expect.It is in proximity of many shops, bars and restaurants.

Reviewed By Leigh BReception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person. Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

Reviewed By Mark0751This is a nice hotel, the rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable however the windows were not very good so cars and planes could easily be heard at night. Service at the bar is a little slow but there is a small but reasonable selection of food on the menu, although everything I ordered was full of celery! The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices. A bit of a sore point was that we had to leave a few days early but the hotel refused to amend our booking and refund money paid for unused nights

Located in a typical suburban street with plenty of shopping and eating nearby. Free, on-street or covered parking available close by. Rooms are standard ensuite bath/shower and have tv and free internet access. Housekeeping is better than a lot of more expensive national companies and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A continental breakfast is available at 4€ and taken in the lounge foyer on a self-service basis. An ideal base for exploring Madrid and surrounding areas.

Everything we needed
Reviewed By LCokerWe stayed for 3 nights mid July using a special tariff, which included breakfast and parking. Whilst our room decor was dated and in places very worn, it was comfortable and everything we needed, especially given the price we paid. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. The only gripe, which I had read in other reviews, is the very poorly designed shower. The taps are in the middle of the bath tub however the shower head is at one end of the tub. The cable is very long so be careful not to stand on it. The bracket for the shower head does not move or adjust so to use it, you have to (very forcibly) take the head down and hold over you while you shower. This for me defeated the purpose of the shower bracket. The shower did however work just fine. Breakfast was good including cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and a small selection of hot food. Within walking distance is Lidl and Dia plus a few small restaurants/cafes. Directly over the road is McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC and Burger King. Fast food heaven to some! Whether as a stop over or for a few nights, Hotel Aida is a good choice.
