Reviewed By mollyv387This is a new hotel so naturally it's very clean and new! Loved the interior decor of the lobby, and the room was exceptional. No issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Location is perfect as well, as there are so many restaurants and stores nearby. Comfortable beds, and climate in the room, super clean, just perfect!

It’s easy access from the interstate and close to Dallas. I recommend it to anyone needing an affordable quality stay.

Reviewed By rsiebel1981Pleasant stay at this location while in town for a job in Forney. Staff was helpful and friendly. Property was well maintained and clean. Rooms were typical Fairfield rooms. Nothing overly impressive but they were clean. Only complaint if you can call it that was the elevators were a little sketchy. Made some weird noises at times and the doors slam very loud so you hear the doors all hours of the night from your room. Other than that. I would highly recommend this place. Walking distance to several places to eat. And right next to the ever popular Buccees

Reviewed By Venture283123The staff was friendly, but it was not clean and it had an offending perfumed cleaning product odor. A couple no smoking room up by a perfumed cleaning product. Halls were littered with tiny pieces of paper. Would not go back. It's also hard to find.

Motel 6 Terrell is conveniently located off I-20 near the Tanger Outlet Mall and Terrell State Hospital. Lake Tawakoni is less than 15 miles away. An outdoor pool open May - September. Free Wi-Fi is available in all of our modern rooms.
Can't beat the value!
Reviewed By Jay WOften in our travels, we're just looking for a clean, safe, budget-friendly place to bed down for the night. The Motel 6 in Terrell fit that bill perfectly for us! If we need to be pampered, we stay at a B&B and gladly pay those prices. But the Motel 6 in Terrell was great for what we needed... plus plenty of lawn areas to walk the dogs, and great food right across highway 34 at the Terrell Steak & Grill. This is the second time we've stayed there, and we were impressed both times by the value. When we had a small problem with our room, the manager himself got involved immediately to make it right. If you need a mint on your pillow, go somewhere else; but if you're looking for a great value, this Motel 6 is hard to beat!

Reviewed By notron11I knew it was as older hotel due to the entrance to the rooms being outside. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Front desk and room cleaning ladies were both very nice. Only complaint, the room upstairs was very loud. You could here every move they made. I would stay here again
