Beautiful Facade and big hotel.
Reviewed By davechinwanThe hotel was very beautiful from the exterior and had a very nice facade.It was a simple but very elegant European style expansive building with gardens and a nice set of big trees on the backside. The hotel entrance decorations were very elegant, while the Xmas decor inside was just ok. I liked the room, it was a superior room with a contemporary European theme and colors. I was impressed by 2 trash cans one for bottles and cans , other for regular, The bath was more lavish than expected for that room style. The view was mountain. The food at the breakfast was very good, i ate only healthy food but i could see a large selection for anyone who likes buffets. The corona protocols were done well and the staff was nice. I was given check in before the actual time, which was very thoughtful. The park is less than a minute away and the hotel sold many ticket plans. Overall it was a beautiful service hotel with many facilities for families, couples and even businessmen.

Reviewed By MartinKwok504We were in a group of 8 persons and stayed only for one night in this nice hotel. The onsen was really good and clean, we really enjoyed the hotspring a lot. Guest rooms were recently renovated, everything works really well, most important is clean and tidy in the room. Also, they provide two choices of the breakfast buffet and we try the Western style instead of Japanese style breakfast. There are multiple cuisine for the breakfast buffet and they are delicious as well. Hopefully next time could stay longer time in this lovely hotel.

Reviewed By Ruby RClean with all the usual amenities in Japanese hotel rooms. Two nice pillows provided per bed, one soft and one hard. The mattress was a little hard. A separate toiletries bag provided for the child in our group. Very sumptuous breakfast with a wide variety of dishes available to suit everybody. Handily adjacent to Huis ten Bosch so returning in the evening to view the Illuminations was easy. Parking was a distance away but there is a shuttle bus.

Reviewed By 521naomihIt is close to the Chinatown. It also close to the “Dejima “ and port. The receptionist at front desk was very friendly and kind. Since I was traveling with my mother who has bad knee, they gave me some tip to sight seeing the city. The price was very reasonable too. I would stay here again.

Reviewed By GregLaingStayed here for a few weeks. The rooms are small but I'm told it's normal for Japanese hotels to on the smaller side. Very clean hotel and they clean your room everyday if you want it cleaned with all linens changed and the staff were awesome. The hotel is located in a great spot. Very close to downtown and to the JR station and shopping. Lots of amazing places to eat here.

Reviewed By Jey RWe paid over USD600 per night for a club floor room. Room was average with a tiny bathroom. The food and beverage was ordinary. Staff were very good . I want to especially mention mr. Nishikawa and Ms Kanbe as two staff members who were outstanding in their overall commitment and service.

As soon as you step inside the smell of fresh flowers will hit you. The lobby is beautiful and fancy. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The staff were great. Your will have 3 options for breakfast; Japanese, Western or Buffet. The breakfast buffet is in the main area and was pretty fantastic, a nice mix of Asian and western. We had a 4 year old with us, and she loved the hotel and was well-treated. The location is a two minute walk from the "Harbour" gate of the park. With your entry ticket you can come and go as you please. When you arrive at the park you will come through "Welcome" gate. Before doing so you can drop your luggage at the service counter and it will be delivered to your room. When you leave the hotel will deliver your bags back to that counter.

Reviewed By Gary2340We went for The onsen and didn’t stay in the hotel. Such a lovely place with excellent service. The onsens are AMAZING! The public and private ones are great but the private ones are just fantastic! 2700 yen for an hour for a couple. We’ll work the money! Very clean!
