Nice hotel
Reviewed By Debbie HJust spent 4 nights here with family as we attended a wedding. 1st may I thank the hotel reception for there concern and professionalism on the speedy response for my partner who slipped in the shower. Ambulance called and was at the hotel within 5 minutes .Thankfully all good. Nice hotel rooms very clean and hotel and grounds spotless. Food was hit and miss. We ate out every evening and breakfast wasn't that great. We did have lunch and me not being a great seafood eater struggled to find something filling so we ate out. Lovely hotel but wouldn't recommend to anyone with fussy eaters.

Reviewed By 920artohMy room reservation system on Thu Nov 19 claimed that there are no rooms available, but as I had decided to test this hotel, I called them. Very friendly welcome at a hotel that was practically closed because of COVID-19. I do admit that the automated check-in was too easy for me and I needed assistance, but as I have reserved a right to learn, next time I will know how it works. The room provided me with a perfecr view: my car parked in front of the hotel. They even offered a breakfast to me in the morning. I was positively surprised by this hotel and will definetely visit them again.

We found this place last minute and they had 2 adjoining rooms available for all 5 of us and it was just what we needed. Also had a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms so great for a family of 5. Would recommend! Also Spoke very good english, so helpful.

Beautiful location for this lovely retro hotel

The rooms are simple but comfortable, all with a view and balcony on the beautiful beaches and ample parking. Bathrooms are small but perfectly adequate. We ate dinner here and really enjoyed our meal. The arroz caldoso was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. Only thing, which felt off was being charged 11€ for a tomato salad. But the location of the restaurant, literally over the sea front, was incredible. I take one star off for breakfast which was pretty dismal. It’s a buffet breakfast, with minimal choices, supermarket orange juice, weak coffee, mainly industrial pastries, some ham and tomato, etc. just not up to the standard of the dinner we had. You can order proper coffee at extra cost, but we found that out for ourselves, nobody offered it. COVID-19-wise, I didn’t feel super safe, although I think that might be down to the regional requirements at the moment. Buffet breakfast with so many people milling about, opening and shutting the doors to get inside to the food, touching the spoons, jugs, machines without using disinfectant felt quite risky. However, we would definitely return, mainly for the location.

Cuando llega el recepcionista y de testigo al otro lado del teléfono la chica de booking me ha echado del hotel empujandome alegando que no era clienta (teniendo la reserva confirmada y pagada). He pasado hasta miedo. The worst experience of my life. Waiting in reception half an hour, calling the mobile and without answering. With all the keys in sight. When the receptionist arrives and with the girl from Booikin on the other side of the phone, the guy has kicked me out of the hotel, claiming I was not a customer (with the reservation confirmed and paid for). I was really afraid, he was so agressive.

The situation of the hotel is ideal as it's virtually on the beach and just a short walk into town and to the port. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the pool and the beach. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for holidays so we were only able to have breakfast. Parking is easy as there is plenty of room in front of the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel .

Reviewed By SroopStayed at the Hotel del Port for 2 nights while attending an exhibition nearby. Clean hotel, simple and basic amenities, but for a good price. Breakfast is a small buffet-style. The location is quite ok, near the port and only a few blocks away from the "main street" where you can find lots of Tapas bars and places to eat/drink.

Reviewed By Arnau RWe went on holydays in Sant Carles de la Ràpita last year, we stayed there for two days. The entrance and the welcome they give to you it is ok, but there weren't much eatable things as they were recieving you, so I would recommend them to put something for the guests that have reserved to sleep there for any amount of time. The rooms are really comfortable and there's a lot of space also, theplacement of it, is not too bad, it is near the sea, you only have to walk for five minutes and you'll get to the sea easily. Talking about the food they serve, it is really tasty and very well cooked from my point of view, the design is creative and the service towards you is good, in conclusion the food is excellent there, if you go there you are going to have a great meal. This hotel is excellent!

Reviewed By aanmarjorieWe are staying here for the sixt year. The kids love the swimming pools. The appartement is clean. Service is good and very Friendly. Great wifi. Excellent fall out place to see all the places in the Costa daurade.
