Reviewed By begsandachinBeautiful hotel with wonderful roof terraces and a great courtyard space. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and well designed. Right off a metro line so it was easy to get around, would stay here again for sure.

Terrible service, expected better from Mercure/Accor!
Reviewed By aysemerveeeI booked the hotel, on arrival it was closed and no one notified us. Actually, we called them making sure it was open and they ensured that it will be. Arriving there, hotel was closed and we needed to find another place to stay (paid unnecessary high amount because of disorganized Mercure). They promised us to use our nights on a later moment. Due to the covid restrictions it was impossible going to the this hotel, where we contacted way before the expiration date if something could be done. Anyway, the hotel did not response after they received the information needed and waited till we passed the expiration date. I had to chase them again and they told me now the date is passed. I expected a better service especially from a hotel chain like Mercure/Accor. This is unfair and daylight 'robbery'.

The manager? specifically, and all of the staff are extremely welcoming, accommodating, and hospitable. The Filipe Stark design gives the house a creative flare and attracts locals to enjoy the food, art, culture, and music offered each day and evening at the MOB HOUSE. Each night on the weekend, up-and- coming French rap/dj group to preformed in the restaurant / lounge space. This perk was always a fun home to return home from. During the week days — the house was quiet and compatible with a work schedule. MOB HOUSE is located right near the paris flea market, so for those who love vintage finds — this is a great way to dive into (and pick through) Paris fashion and design treasures. MOB is about 30 minutes from central paris which is not too expensive in an Uber but a bit of a track. The restaurant / lobby also doubles as a functional work space — great for getting work done when traveling for business. If you are looking for an accommodating, clean, comfortable dose of culture on your business trip, I highly recommend MOB HOUSE.

I'd rather give my money to these people than any other hotel in the area. When I'm not staying with friends, I'm staying in this hotel.

A dangerous area
Reviewed By 860stevem860The hotel is fine but stay away from this area. Saint Denis and nearby are full of gangs. The experience we had whilst there for the UCL Final was disgraceful. I would never go there again. Coming out of the stadium was very scary. Gangs waiting to pounce. It was like lambs to the slaughter. If you’re thinking of going to the Rugby World Cup or the Olympics, I would think twice!

Reviewed By anthonypaulhWe are fidelity members of the Accor hotel group. Previously we have used Campanile hotels in Bordeaux and Paris. On arrival we were told the bar was shut all weekend! The A/C in the room did not function very well and would not cool to a comfortable level! Day 2 we arrived back to discover an unsused can of expensive hairspray was missing and there was no fresh cups to make our own drinks! We report these issues to the front desk. No explanation was provided for the hairspray, no offer to replace the can or provide funds so we could replace it ourselves! We were given some fresh cups. On a positive note the staff are very pleasant and helpful (except for the hairspray business) and the breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel is not in a very nice area. I would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible and not advisable

What a shame, no iron board available, NO air conditioning is available resulting to very hot room. A lot of mosquitoes around. Not a great location as it truly far from the station.the only good thing is basically the staff.

Travel is impossible the strike and while I do not attribute this to the hotel its location is an inconvenience. I left a small necklace of sentimental value in my room, there were no safes and I left it on the bed side. When I returned it had gone. The member of night staff admitted that it was a common occurrence,he rolled his eyes and apologised. The day staff were less than helpful. They were rude, dismissive and refused to contact the police. The hotel manager walked passed us chewing with a wide open mouth and refused to talk to us, choosing to hide in the office. We have contacted the police and will be following up with booking.com also. I am furious that my locked hotel room was stolen from by this a member of staff.
