Comfortable and Great Breakfast
Reviewed By KippyElsemoreWe enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel and took advantage of the outdoor grounds and the comfortable lobby to read newspapers provided by the hotel. The breakfast was top notch as was the roomy bathroom and strong shower. Only drawback we’re the pillows. They were filled with a hard material nothing like feathers.

Terrible experience

Three days before our stay, the Government imposed perimetral restrictions in the area due to Covid-19, therefore our reservation was cancelled. We requested the booking fee, but the hotel replied it was non-refundable. We have been calling and emailing the hotel for 2 months, and we can't contact them since they don't answer our calls nor they don't reply our emails. It's been really frustrating, since we have not been able to enjoy our stay and we have not been able to get back our booking fee, either. I have tried several times to get within a monetary and non-monetary agreement with them (use the booking for another weekend during 2021), but it has been completely impossible, since they don't answer my calls. These people definitely lack in education, they lack in professionalism and don't have any ethics beyond their project. I just wanted to share these words to anybody looking to book with this hotel. I would highly advice to go somewhere else, after this experience.

No promised Aircon
Reviewed By V3648QTchrispJust booked in and gone to room to find it has no aircon. Went to reception and told only aircon on 4th floor and no rooms left there. Told receptionist that aircon was listed on booking website (I had taken a photo of booking to show this) but nothing can be done? One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was because it said the rooms have aircon which is a must at this time of year. Looking forward to a hot and sweaty night. Very poor. Beware!

Reviewed By Jane SWe had not planned on staying in Puigcerda, but due to recent heavy snowfall, we were unable to make it to our hotel in the mountains of Andorra and needed a place to stay for one night. We are very grateful to the managers for selling us their last room. It was the nicest budget hotel we stayed at on our 2-month long tour of Europe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious. We didn't have much of a view but we didn't need one, we just needed a clean, warm, quiet place to stay, and the Hotel Terminus delivered. Thank you! The breakfast was also simple but good.

Reviewed By Rita TBased on the pictures here, I was expecting just a place to sleep for an overnight stay with a friend. However, I had pleasant, surprise! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Wifi worked well and the shower was hot. It's right in front of the train station, which is a good thing cause you don't have to carry your bags for long. There's a nice bakery across the street that opens at 7:45 even on Sundays! I would definitely come back : )

Great breakfast and very comfortable
Reviewed By David GCheck in was fast. Rooms were large but ours had the old bathrooms with bathtub. I think ours was a triple although booked double room. It is a simple room with all you need. Lifts are a bit old. Breakfast is better than some 4 star hotels. They prepare omelettes and fried eggs and large variety. We also had dinner and ate well. The only problem was that they burnt one of the dishes so that person ate the main course while the rest had dessert. Advantage is the large parking the hotel has. It is located a short drive from the city center but easy to go to ski slopes or snow areas.

Reviewed By annegS2862FMThe hotel has everything you would expect and is located in a quiet nice area but the room was very small and the staff were not very welcoming. In fact there were very few members of staff. The room was clean with nice towels and bed linen. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant other than for breakfast.

Good location but needs modernisation
Reviewed By K1980hBooked a weekend to visit a friend. It's a cheap hotel, but it needs modernisation. The service was really good, but the room desperately needed maintenance. I received an "interior" room. It was particularly hot and no air even with the window open. The AC didn't work and the bed was uncomfortable. The walls were covered in marks (see photos). At almost 50€ a night I expected a little better. The breakfast was "ok", but the first morning it had already started to be taken away at 09:00 (Breakfast 08:00 - 10:00). Second morning I went at 08:00 and much better. Not sure if the lift works (there was a sign on it saying "sorry whilst we make improvements"). Location wise it is perfect for a visitor in a car, despite not having parking, there is a large free car park across the road. Easy access onto the main roads and a quick walk into town.

Enjoy the best family holidays Cerdanya It is the road Puigcerdà Llivia, a few minutes from the capital of the region of Cerdanya and offers an image of the purest Pyrenean landscape. Modern facilities make for a comfortable stay in nature. Bungalows set within the environment. A few kilometers from Andorra and next to the border with France, making it ready for winter accommodation skiers and summer hikers.
What a view!
Reviewed By ssomeinreLovely campsite which is high up in the mountains and has spectacular views from the terraced site. We stayed in mid July and found the site to be quite empty. The guy on reception was particularly friendly and very helpful. The pitches are quite spacious, although there's not too much shade. The showers and toilets are plentiful and are kept very clean. There is also a brilliant pool. We decided to take the 15 minute walk into Puigcerda & found a very lively Sunday market with all kinds of local goods form sale. It's a lovely town and the campsite is recommended.
