Reviewed By sr0drigReservation/desk clerk made the reservation for too many nights and made me pay for her mistake! Clerk at check out was of no help at all. Said he would discuss with the manager and have her call me. That never happened!.

Reviewed By wendypW1598RYEverything was in good repair and was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It's very no-frills (no continental breakfast, no pool or workout room) but the price reflects that. There were enough outlets to allow everyone to charge their devices.

Reviewed By 976debbycAfter checking in I realized I left my phone in a local department store which had already closed. Since my flight was at 6:00 the next morning I had no way of retrieving it. Kiara, the night clerk looked up the # for me. After I spoke to the store manager the next day to confirm it was there, Kiara took the time to pick it up for me the next day & store it at the Inn until I returned. I'm extending my heartfelt thanks to her.

I checked in and payed for a week upfront then at the end of week one they called me down to pay the second week and two days before check out they called me and said I had an outstanding bill of $400+ due to events in area they changed the nightly rate without telling me nor did they inform me at check in

Reviewed By Kim NWe use their Park, Sleep, Fly option. We have used this twice and we like it. We stay one night and then they take us back and forth to the airport. They are friendly and it's best to call the hotel directly.

Reviewed By MichiganFloydWe stayed there over the Indy 500 weekend. We got a decent rate and, while the rooms are showing their age, the place was perfectly fine for that purpose. It was an easy trip to the track and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We were able to check in at ~noon and leave one car their while we were at the race. The front desk staff were friendly. I'd have no hesitation staying there next year.

Just ok...
Reviewed By Hannahmarie8004I checked in using the app. Finally around 3:30 I stopped in the hotel to see when the room would be ready. The key was already sitting at the front desk so I'm not sure why I wasn't notified that it was ready and provided a mobile key. The mobile key wasn't available throughout my whole stay. They only had a king room available so my kids had to sleep on the pull out mattress- not a big deal. I requested extra pillows and a blanket at 5:45pm. I never received them. The room was only stocked with enough towels for 2 people even though it is advertised to sleep 4. I wasn't going to attempt to get towels when I never received my first requested items. We did not sleep well due to lack of pillows and blanket. There was only 1 pack of coffee in the room (despite having 4 coffee cups) but this didn't matter because the coffee pot was dirty so I wouldn't have used it anyways. Thankfully there was good coffee in the lobby even though there were no cups. I had to reach behind the bar to grab one from their stack. The refrigerator in the room has a 2 hour timer on it. I like to pack drinks and usually thrown them in the fridge so they will stay cold. The 2 hour timer made the fridge useless. The hotel was very close to a nice shopping center but we didn't get to enjoy this because it was raining. Overall it was just ok. I would probably look for a different hotel if we return to this area.

Says it has an airport shuttle but really doesn’t
Reviewed By johnhG9521ZLThe owner will say he has a shuttle but then he will strand you at the airport for an hour and a half if you get there before three. Then when you complain and ask for some money back he will tell you what a great deal you already got and not offer you anything. Even though the rate you got was off the choice hotels website which he controls. The owner was a jerk and needs to correct the airport shuttle issues or stop advertising a shuttle
