Reviewed By _IvoZzWe stayed in the additional part of the hotel, where there are separate houses, small houses. Ours was the Indian house. It consists of a bed, a small bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub separate from the bathroom in the house itself, also a space, where chairs and a small table are situated. It has a porch surrounding the house, where there is also a small table with chairs. There are two more houses, close to this one. The house is very cozy! The SPA is normal. It consists of a big swimming pool, with mineral water, a steam bath, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. The restaurant is nice, but it works until 22:00, so any orders should be made before 21:00. We had ribs, they were well cooked. The service in the hotel and the restaurant is also very good, they are kind and nice! Would recommend the place!

Surprisingly good hotel
Reviewed By Evgeni MWe were in the hotel for the first time and we were very pleased. This is a very luxurious hotel with excellent service. Rooms are large with wide balconies. The bathroom has a double sink, which I have rarely seen in hotels. Towels are changed every day. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The greatest wealth is the mineral water that flows from the taps in the rooms and full 4 outdoor and 3 indoor pools with hot mineral water. The warmest water is in the indoor jacuzzi - about 36 degrees Celsius. There is good mineral water in the village 500 meters from the hotel. Otherwise it's a little boring. Nearby there is a lake with ducks and fish, a pizzeria and a bar. Above the hotel 200 meters there is a restaurant with an excellent menu.

Reviewed By Duri6969Everything was good except too hot rooms, not warm on 3rd of January I had to open windows during the night. Everything else was good. Breakfast was good. Kind service. Nice small spa. Jakuzzi was working outside, it was very nice.

Clean and friendly family hotel room!
Reviewed By ChaushevFriendly and clean hotel with a nice garden next to the river and reasonably priced. Also you may visit with a pet. Restaurant has a small but tasty selection of dishes.After all it is a great place to come with kids due to its closed garden and pools.Highly recommended if you wanna go away from the city noise next to the forest and hot water springs.

Medium hotel with spa facilities
Reviewed By Jean_Valjean1789Me and my spouse stayed at Elegance Spa Hotel for a couple of nights during January 2020. I can't say that we were overwhelmed by the quality of the hotel, we found it rather (barely) acceptable, but the free use of spa area made it look like a decent deal. Pros: -Free use of spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, hot beds, cold bucket shower) -Breakfast included -Room provided TV, air conditioning,hair dryer and basic bathroom amenities -Value for money room quality -Free wifi, good enough signal to stream youtube,netflix etc. -Euro currency friendly Cons: -No sign to guide to hotel so when you pass the bridge after entering Ognianovo you have to be carefull not to miss it. -Most of the staff had poor or no understanding of English at all, some spoke a little bit of Greek so it was hard to communicate. -Small, obsolete,out dated TV model -Two single beds sided together instead of a double bed. -We didn't expect rich variety on the breakfast buffet for that amount of money but quality needs to be improved. Coffee was available through vending machine while orange juice was like orange tablets dissolved on water. -Rusty keys stuck on the doors to the pool and to the relaxing area. -Spa facilities were ok but they were only available untill 18:00. -Finally, i left the massage experience for last. Hotel provided massage services for a fee.There was only one massage therapist available so if you were a couple you could not enjoy the treatment together at the same time. Even though the massage therapist did a good job (especially if next time will not interrupt the procedure to answer his phone), the massage area was sad and miserable. It was located inside a poor room on the basement that had only one massage bed next to (one!) gym equipment. No candles,no gentle sounds and lights, just balcan ethnic pop. Walkway just outside was used as changing room for pool and sauna so while you were enjoying massage services, relaxing was out of the question due to the yelling and the whole fuss. Overall, we consider our stay at Elegance Spa Hotel above average but only because of the relatively low prices and the free use of pool and spa facilities.

Reviewed By evathessalonikiΜείναμε ένα βράδυ,σε τρίκλινο,45 ευρώ,καθαρό δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο με μπαλκόνι και θέα στον κήπο και την πισίνα.Η πισίνα κρύο νερό και ρηχό,μόνο στη μια άκρη ήτανε λίγο πιο βαθύ.δεν κάναμε μπάνιο πήγαμε στο hotel castle και πληρώσαμε 5 ευρώ για να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την πισίνα την εσωτερική που είχε ιαματικό νερό αλλά και χλώριο για λόγους υγιεινής .το δωμάτιο ήτανε καθαρό ,φωτεινό είχε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι ,το βράδυ έτριζε ,είχε μικρή tv led στον τοίχο και παράθυρο.στη μεριά του μπαλκονιού είχε 2 καναπέδες που κοιμούνται άνετα 2 άτομα.εγώ κοιμήθηκα στον ένα ,ήτανε άνετος για γυναίκα .έχει μεγάλη tv lcd με δορυφορικά κανάλια ,ιταλικά αγγλικά .ειχε μικρά καλοριφέρ που ζεστάνανε το δωμάτιο τέλεια.το μπάνιο είχε είδη υγιεινής,μεγάλο παράθυρο για εξαερισμό,ζεστό νερό ,μόνο που όταν κάνεις μπάνιο τα νερά τρέχουν κάτω ,δεν έχει ντουζιέρα ,να μαζεύονται .το πρωινό ήτανε τελείως απλό,είχε μόνο αυγόφετες,φέτα τυρί,γάλα και μαρμελάδα βύσσινο .τίποτε άλλο .καφέ μηχανής και τσάι.Νερό δεν είχε έπερμες μπουκάλι μικρό εμφιαλωμένο και το πλήρωνες 1 λέβα !.στον τελευταίο όροφο έχει τεράστιο δωμάτιο με μεγάλο καθιστικό και βεράντα ,αυτό που δείχνει στη φωτογραφία το ξενοδοχείο με το τεράστιο μπαλκόνι αλλά έχει 86 ευρώ.πάρκιγκ βρίσκεις έξω από το ξενοδοχείο στο δρόμο .στον κήπο έχει ψησταριά που μπορείς να ψήσεις .έχει wifi που πιάνει στο δωμάτιο,στους άλλους χώρους δεν έπιανε και είναι αργό.

Reviewed By yaniko12certes pas très facile à trouver cette maison avec piscines intérieure et extérieure est d un très bon rapport qualité prix. le propriétaire est sympathique et vous explique bien le tout. vous bénéficiez d un petit jardin et les chambres sont tout à fait correctes. on est comme chez l habitant. naturellement alimenté d une source d eau chaude souterraine vous aurez plaisir à vous baigner. vous avez en outre accès à une cuisine équipée un un salon salle à manger avec sa cheminée. un très bon endroit pour faire une halte en famille ou avec des amis.

The hotel personnel speak no English, so communication is terrible, so we it took two days to explain to the receptionist lady that the lock to the door didn't work, we had to sleep with the door open.... As we arrived the hotel around two they said the spa staff were gone but the next day it was to be open, yet it didn't. There was nothing to do in a winter spa hotel other than watch Bulgarian tv. Breakfast was also below average as they cook the egg not to be eaten...funny really... İn short, i would rather not visit here or stay in such a rusty hotel.... Not would i recommend to anyone
