In 20 years, this was the best IHG stay ever!
Reviewed By DANCINF00LI was traveling through for a relocation and had just driven 600+ miles. I only needed a bed and a shower so I could keep moving on the next day. What I experienced instead was heavenly. I have been an IHG member for 20+ years and traveled so often that I had the old platinum status for quite a while. To help you understand how much, my cross-country journeys took me to 31 States, some multiple times. So when I say I am at a loss for words to describe my stay, it is not due to a lack of comparison. I wish I could have been there longer just to enjoy the basic accommodations provided. If I had to select one thing, it would be the 24 hour hot tub/pool and large variety to select from at breakfast. They have set the bar high and maintained it! I hope to one day find a reason to return and plan an extended stay. Other locations should look to them as the minimum standard to be judged by.

Better than I expected
Reviewed By Odyssey29300373653I had never stayed at a Best Western because I always equated them as an 'entry level' hotel. Boy was I surprised! The staff was super friendly and the hotel was really clean! Though I didn't eat there, the breakfast was nice and had a good variety. The workout room was a little small, but that really doesn't matter, especially if you're the only one in there. They are pet friendly, which is a must, since I always travel with my dog. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The proprietor has cookies, muffins, coffee etc. for your enjoyment in the office. I highly recommend! It was right on the main drag in town so convenient to everything. It was also quiet and gave us a great nights sleep!

In January, 2019, this Comfort Inn converted to Quality Inn. We are in the process of completing improvement projects and renovations. The hotel is located on the southeast corner of the I-80 Interchange. 2901 S. Jeffers St. Next to the 21st Century Veterans Memorial.

Reviewed By hh9168We stayed at the Quality Inn in North Platte for our first and last night out on my family's Grand Circle Road-trip in May 2022. The first night we ran into a minor issue in management where my reservation as a Choice Member asking for 1 room and 4 guests was questioned. Management said that we didn't specify 4 adults (rather just 4 "people")based on the Choice Hotels printed receipts, however, we clearly marked for this when booking our reservation. The staff had wanted me to pay pay for additional adults in the room, however, I booked directly through Choice Hotels as a member. Perhaps the Choice Hotels printed receipt can be updated to reflect this for future system bookings. After explaining that we plan to stay at multiple Quality Inns on this trip and that we were not expecting additional surcharges, we were allowed to stay and book based on the previously reserved price. We did not experience this on our second stay nine days later-- staff was friendly. Overall, clean hotel. There is no elevator for the two floors. Coffee is available near both the entrance along with the breakfast room. During busier times, the creamer may potentially run out at both locations. You can ask the staff to refill, or just make do with what is leftover. Both days of breakfast we had eggs, sausage patties, mini pancakes, and biscuits and hot gravy to choose from. The gravy was as nice touch as other hotels did not have this. In the room beware of the lower end of the bed as there is something along the bed frame that slightly protrudes. Both of my daughters clumsily ran into this during our stays. Air quality and A/C was decent. Wifi XXXXx Overall, a good place to stay if looking for a clean place to sleep and rest.

Strictly budget but very clean
Reviewed By Kitty YAs the title states, strictly a budget hotel. Newly renovated. Room was freshly painted with new carpeting. A full size fridge/freezer in the kitchenette. Cooktop and microwave were new also. Countertops were new. Bathroom linens were much heavier than the normal budget hotels. Beds were firm and comfortable. Due to COVID, no breakfast was served.

Reviewed By Rae91RaePleasantly surprised that this was not only a cheap motel but also a clean friendly and safe motel. I was a little taken aback by the exterior all the rooms have massive windows but they have curtains to cover them. It’s in a nice area of North Platte there’s plenty of shopping and hotels and lakes and even Fort Cody which is kind of dedicated to Buffalo Bill and the natives that helped his touring show. Fort Cody was so close that I actually walked there from the hotel which was very easy and convenient to do. Within the hotel they had maps and menus available they had complementary chips and for water bottles and chocolate and candies on the bed. And the hotel was very clean. They have breakfast included I did not attend but I saw a waffle maker a nice sit down area 24 seven coffee and tea and during non-Covid times apparently they have popcorn but I was not able to use the popcorn maker because it was blocked off for Covid reasons.

Room 104 is uncomfortable.
Reviewed By Russell64Front desk was very friendly. WiFi is a weak hotspot that goes on & off, on & off. It equates to not having internet. Room 104: Bed is extremely hard & a bit lumpy. Over all just not a great overnight. Maybe some of the bigger rooms are more comfortable. We just did not need two beds. But, one side of the bed is shoved up against the wall. So if both people need to get up in the night the one on the inside has to scoot down to the bottom to get out of bed. No shelves or beside table on wall-side for glasses or a drink. Key card worked intermittently. Just over-all not very comfortable stay.
