Reviewed By 16lisanWhen we first drove up, I was a tad worried. It was very convenient to the interstate but the hotel next door is really dumpy. The exterior doors to this hotel were really dirty. But then, I walked in and it was very nice. Our room was super clean and modern. I didn’t hear a sound at all except for the occasional toilet flush. I loved that they had a magnified make up mirror. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the bathroom was tiny with a pedestal sink which made putting your stuff down difficult and it was kind of pricey.

Reviewed By joe-chicago-23We stayed overnight on a road trip that was basically to do a food and drink tour and bring home some items that we cannot get. The hotel location was terrific for all the stops we were making. What really impressed us was at check-in when we asked about freezers for certain food items, and the welcoming clerk said we could store them in their freezer overnight. We took advantage of the offer and even got a claim check number for it. Parking for $10 with in and out privileges was a great deal. The room key lets you in and out of the parking garage across the street. There is a skybridge connecting the hotel and the garage, so access is very easy. The concierge lounge was open and had everything we wanted for breakfast. The room and the bathroom were clean except for a vanity mirror covered with makeup and fingerprints, which made us wonder what else was missed. We will definitely consider staying here again if we are in this area.

Reviewed By N8184UNjohnThe Hyatt is located near everything in the Uptown area. Shops, bars, and restaurants were within walking distance from the hotel. The 2nd floor outdoor patio was a great spot to people watch. Great stay with a great staff!

I had wanted to change the number of nights and they wereveryhelpful! This location is close to the highway so less than 19minutes from campus up Main street! Very clean and accommodating!

Reviewed By Eli CWas on the road and needed a place to stay for the night I wanted to stay somewhere more "upscale", and that had an indoor pool in the Bloomington/Normal area so I chose to stay here at Courtyard. Check in was easy staff is pretty nice.I got a 3rd floor room with a balcony, very nice room, like most other Courtyard hotels. Very stylish and new looking, indoor pool is nice, they have a fitness center too. They don't have free breakfast though which isn't cool. They seemed to have been recently renovated carpets and fixtures in the hotel are brand new looking and look newer than the exterior of the hotel. Very nice I will stay again if in the Bloomington/Normal area.

Bathroom is horrible, plastic tub, peeling drywall, short toilet and single ply paper. missing curtains and the a/c unit squealed shutting down like screaming girls. needs tons of maintenance. Was comfortable and a good location.

Management/owner had the audacity to tell me the room was clean. Disgusting. Room cleanliness was suitable for junkies or prostitutes. Not for normal people. Unacceptable. Super 8 should be ashamed of themselves. Warning.. do not stay here.
