A pleasant surprise
Reviewed By Bluemoo_58Stopped over for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. The hotel itself was very clean, room of a good size and staff were friendly. Parking was available adjacent to the hotel. Location is in a large and complex retail estate out of town but has a couple of reasonable chain type eateries on offer. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and lots of fresh healthy food. This is probably the best hotel in this price bracket that I have stayed in for some time now, the others all leaving me very disappointed.

Short stopover.
Reviewed By AnnB1681Very short stay but lovely little place. The breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a pool and bar which we didn't get to use but it looked great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewed By TrevorH942Stayed for 2 nights, hotel is on the square of La Brèche which has plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, the rooms are good with very large bathrooms with walk-in shower, the hotel itself doesn’t really have much facilities but with all the bars etc nearby it doesn’t matter much

Basic hotel option
Reviewed By pnetsterWe booked for a night on route south and wouldn’t recommend, unless there are no other options. The city itself is worth a visit with some nice restaurants snd bars nearby. The hotel has seen better days, no welcome at the reception, aircon not working, lift not working, breakfast for 12 euro a head- there are plenty if more reasonable options locally. Also no parking - you have to use the paul mercer public car park which has a 2.4 height limit - 10 euro for 24 hours. On the plus side the rooms have fridges with a decent freezer part and beds comfortable- but think there has got to be better options!

To go back. They have an small clsoed and safe parking...convenient.

Superb Hotel in Niort , Motorcycle Friendjy
Reviewed By Berty14Found this superb hotel in Niort on our way to Bordereaux, it’s perfectly situated in the centre of the town near restaurants and bars. Perfect location to investigate the town also, that said it is a lovely town. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and very reasonably prices too. The breakfast was €8 and again great value. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are passing near Niort. Also our bikes were locked in the court yard and very secure there.

Friendly, helpful, satisfactory for a short stat
Reviewed By Greg LLike other B&B hotels we have stayed at, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate though fairly small. Very clean and modern. Perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast was satisfactory though lacked cold meats (ham,etc). Unfortunately no restaurant nearby but you can get a pizza or pre-cooked meal (eg. Chili con carne) at the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay ay B&B Niort.
