Reviewed By tbrandon1975Overall the hotel was nice, clean and the front desk staff was very nice. However, there are some upgrades needed. The bathroom is very small! When in the shower it is so small your body is touching the shower curtain, which I think is very unsanitary. When using the bathroom the area is so small also.

Reviewed By AumdlsuHotel stay was great. But the breakfast.... It was on Point! Ms. Donna in charge of the breakfast did a great job. Eggs well seasoned. Bacon crispy. Area clean and well kept up. Room was nice as with most Hampton Inn. King room clean. Quiet. Area nice. I would come back. In for a night. Great experience.

Then work schedule changed and we had finish early and was going to head back home, but as a spire member I'm use to late check out being at 2 pm so I show up little before than asking to check out and they said they had to charge me and I asked to speak with the manager. He proceeded to yell and scream at me accusing me of all sorts of stuff. Idk how IHG or the owner let's this man represent the company cause he is not what customer service is suppose to be. Far from it. My co-worker/foreman called to cancel one of his rooms in the same fashion before 2 and asked to speak to Bradley and Bradley proceeded to accuse me of threatening him, trying to weasel out of a room charge, and being rude to him which wasn't true at all since my foreman heard my call between me and him on speaker phone.

Reviewed By Part4uHotel Reception wasn't friendly or welcoming. We arrived 5/27 & had to wait for someone to come to Reception desk. We were given a monotone rundown of the amenities. It was too much information jumbled together to remember. Nevertheless, signs were posted on the elevators. We ventured down for breakfast & realized the packaged food (yogurt & breakfast sandwiches) had expired (4/30/22) dates.

Reviewed By WeekendWarrior203I had reservations on Sunday night at this hotel for a couple nights. Based on the reviews and cost I thought it might be a hidden gem. However, when I checked in after 8:00 PM I was greeted by a locked lobby with a check in through a bullet proof glass window. That should have been a hint of what was to come. I was given the keys to a non smoking room and upon entering I was knocked over by the smell of cigarette smoke. I immediately went back for another room. The front desk person was very sweet and helpful and walked me to another room herself. Upon entry this room smelled like must. Since I had a few days to stay and a few suits with me - no way I could stay there. In the mean time there were people sitting outside rooms smoking and an outside fragrance of Marijuana. I asked for my deposit back and moved on to another hotel. The front desk woman was very nice and understood, but don't buy the ratings on here this place is nasty.

Roach Infested & Toxic Stench
Reviewed By annettemN3888ASI killed several roaches in the room. The room was dirty & smelled so bad that I got physically ill. I ended up sleeping in my mini-van. Absolutely the WORST motel/hotel I have ever stayed at. You could NOT even PAY me to stay there. NO amount of money is worth this place.

Pleasant one night stay

Nevertheless after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance, & got a pleasant surprise. My room was clean, there was no bugs, the hot water, & the ac were both working; and the bed was comfortable!! All of this along with the awesome customer service given by Daisia (during check-in); & Chasity (when making a request); will ensure my return to this hotel.

It was the worst hotel I have ever visited
Reviewed By Super8MonroeSucksI will never be back. Awful service, dirty, nasty, and did not give me the right room. I don’t plan on ever being back to this hotel or possibly any Super 7 hotel again. Good luck to anyone who decides to stay here.
