Reviewed By harrob2013Diese Unterkunft punktet mit vielen Vorteilen. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Sehr ruhige Lage. Allerdings ohne Fortbewegungsmittel etwas problematisch. Zur Hauptstr, mit Busanbindung, sind es ca. 3 Kilometer. Schlüsselübergabe im Hotel Maysi jederzeit möglich . Dort kann der Gast auch, falls gewünscht, frühstücken. Sehr modern und stilvoll ausgestattet . Kleine Terrasse vor Haus bzw. Fenster Der Gast findet alles Nötige auch zur Selbstversorgung ,wie Herd ,Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank etc. dazu . Täglich Reinigung und Handtuchtausch. Fast schon übertrieben. Internet funktioniert sehr gut.

It has an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a terrace a few meters away you will find the Piratabus and the chiringuito pinball for unforgettable aperitifs. This exclusive potential location could be a good reference point for visiting the island of Formentera, however Calo Des Mort, El Pilar de la Mola, Sant Francesc Xavier, Es Pujols, Cala Saona, Ses Illetes can be reached by renting a scooter that it will be delivered directly to the hotel. The Hotel Maysi is a simple structure with comfortable air-conditioned rooms but there is no elevator in case of need. The outdoor area has an outdoor pool (without lifeguard) with an excellent bar and numerous relaxing gazebos. The young staff is always available to satisfy the client's requests, however the restaurant service must be improved as the menu offers little choice and the in-room mini-bar is presented without a bottle of water. I want to repeat myself saying that this structure has great potential that must be developed even if we are talking about a two-star.

The perfect place
Reviewed By anaespallardoWe just came back from a lovely break in one of the bungalows. This hostal is in an amazing location, just by one of the most beautiful beaches. With independent access from a quiet pleasant area, fresh atmosphere under the beautiful trees, the room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge to keep the water cold. The buffet breakfast was incredible, it had everything we could wish for, even the most yummy homemade flao which Maria usually bakes on Sundays. Maria and the girls were lovely, welcoming and easy going. So much looking forward to going back.

Fantastic apartments in the countryside

It was the second time we go thereand it was again an excellent accommodation. The last time we were 4 adults and 1 baby. The owners gave us one of the biggest houses of the complex, which has also a swimming-pool. We were very comfortable, because our house had a big eating-room and kitchen, two rooms and 1 bathroom. Moreover, the rate quality/price was excellent, 50 euros/day (we came here in the New Year and we were the only guests in the accommodation, so it is low tourist season, in summer the price can be three times). In fact, we would have liked to stay more days here. The owners were also very friendly and nice, and they helped us always we need. If you want calm and relax, it is a perfect site, where you can walk in the countryside

Es Pi 2 is a hostel located just 300m from Migjorn Beach, in Formentera, 7 km from the port and 3 km from the city centre of San Francisco Village. Nearby you will find shops, restaurants, bars and bicicle, cars and motorbike rentals. Just in front you will find a bus stop. The check in and check out, breakfast and all other services will take place at the Insotel Hotel Formentera Playa, 4* Hotel which is just 200m away. On the same beach of the Insotel Hotel Formentera Playa you’ll find the SOUTH Formentera Beach Restaurant & Lounge. A different way to relax on the beach, with a pleasant mix of high cuisine and chill out at the Mediterranean Sea and water sport facilities as windsurfing, SUP, canoeing and a diving school.

Very silent place, I personally thanked being a bit far (200 meters) from Insotel, the location where we had wonderful breakfasts, because the nightlife in the hotel was too loud. Only remark the air conditioning, a bit noisy. But it wasn't hot, so we could turn it off without issues. Good plus the beds, rigid enough according to my taste. The arrangement with the Insotel however allowed us to use all facilities. We didn't simply because we were all the time enjoying the beaches.. The price was just right, not cheap though.

Simple and Close to Perfect....
Reviewed By SunLvr94You need to understand what you are going to get when you stay at Vogamari. The accommodations are very simple. But, they work perfectly well if your objective is to achieve close to perfect relaxation in what we think is the best beach location on Formentera. Everything in our unit worked fine. The place was clean, the cleaning crew did a good job twice a week, the bathroom was modern, the bed comfortable and the kitchen/refrigerator/cooker worked just as they should have. The only upgrade I could suggest would be to replace the small seating unit that converts into a bed for a child with a more comfortable small couch (maybe that could pull out into a bed?). There is no television, but we thought that was a plus as we went there the relax and disconnect. The biggest thing you get at Vogamari is location, location, location. There are an abundant number of great beaches on Formentera, but we think Playa Migjorn is the best, and we know that the perfect long sandy strand that was 100 yards from our apartment's door is the best section of Migjorn. It was windy on Migjorn one day of the time were there so we elected to go to the opposite side of the island to Playa Llevant, which is also a wonderful beach. The drive over to Llevant was not a long one since the island is small, but it was a wake up call to deal with the crowded parking conditions there, and then to hike from where the car was parked to the beach. It made the 3 minute walk from the Vogamari apartment to the Migjorn beach seem extra heavenly. If you are inclined to naturism, the beach as Vogamari is a good choice. When you walk down the steps from the boardwalk onto the beach, the best thing to do is turn left and go maybe 50 yards. From that point on the beach will be at least half naturists (at least until the Italian invasion in July and August). If you turn to the right, you will still find a mix of nudes and textiles, but it will be more predominantly textile. Also, when you turn to the right, you'll find beach chairs under thatched shades for daily rental. There are two beach restaurants within easy walking distance of the Vogamari bungalows. The Vogamari restaurant is immediately before you get to the beach (we've seen other reviews indicating that noise from this restaurant was occasionally bothersome but we didn't find that to the be the case). This restaurant is usually hopping at both lunch and dinner. If you walk to the beach and turn right on the boardwalks you'll find the Forodot restaurant, also immediately facing the beach, about 10 easy minutes down the boardwalk. Both places offer well-prepared beach fare, with a heavy focus on fish. There are, of course, many other restaurants within a 15 minute drive from Vogamari. I'd suggest renting a car if staying at Vogamai, although the adventurous could probably make do with a motorbike. Parking in areas set aside for bungalow residents is convenient. In short, we really enjoyed our stay and we'll be back. Please don't compete with us for reservations there!
