Our room was VERY clean, comfortable and quite spacious ... Oh and did I mention quiet?? I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, I look forward to returning sometime!

Not only was the Front Desk Girl act annoyed and angry because I was checking in, got the same attuite the next morning from same person, Carla, but the day I left, I started having ID Thief on my credit card. They must have stolen my information when I was walking my dog; I even remember when I got back to the room my door key was dead; guessing they program a new one for THEIR use. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE; PLEASE!!!!

Reviewed By 695joangLights don’t work. No. Remote for tv. No fridge an microwave although that is what we reserved an paid for. No seat at the desk. People loitering everywhere. You get what you pay for. Cheap but awful. Second room we got, just as bad. Smells like smoke.

BED BUGS and FILTHY
Reviewed By Coastal765689Jetblue cancelled our flight home and booked us a night in this hotel. We managed to get Jetblue to pay for our transfer here as they do not have a free shuttle. When we checked in we just accepted the room. It wasn't very clean and incredibly worn. We were only there to sleep before heading back to the airport at 4am. We did book their shuttle back, it would be 20$ which was the same as an UBER. We settled in for the night and then horrifically discovered a bed bug in our bed. Front Desk clerk was horrified and immediately acknowledged that was indeed a bed bug. At 9:30 PM we left and went to stay at the Hampton Inn which we had to pay for which was incredibly clean. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Just not worth it any more
Reviewed By StV6The staff was nice and helpful but it's obvious that no one wants to put any money into this place any more. We've stayed there numerous times and this time we were struck by how run down the place is. The curtains in our room were broken, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the mattress in our room was obviously in need of replacement. They seem to be cutting corners in small things. There was only a single water glass provided for the room and no bathmat in the bathroom. The didn't even have plastic bags lining the trash cans. It's also obvious that they have no intention of going back to having maid service unless you request it but they show no sign of cutting prices to reflect what must be a substantial savings. It certainly doesn't reflect well on Marriott. To add insult to injury breakfast was for a fee with breakfast sandwiches at $9 and bottles of soda for $4.25. Finally, most of the staff (including the woman serving the food) were NOT masked. Next time we will try one of the many other hotels in the area.

A few of the amenities are: - It's conveniently located just off I-71, & only 20 minutes. from downtown Cleveland. - The staff is friendly, courteous, & welcoming. - There is ample parking. - There are restaurants, stores, & gas stations nearby. - The rooms are always clean, & neat as a pin. - There's a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, stove, & oven. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Reviewed By Pasqunio33Everyone at this location is absolutely phenomenal from Mark the manager to every front desk person to the housekeeping and the maintenance person always have a smile on their face always willing to help and always just a pleasure to deal with the rooms are great they’re spacey great pricing everything is clean and they’re following the COVID-19 guidelines the laundry room is nice as well as the little workout room in in the summer they have a great patio. I definitely think this is the best extended stay location in the greater Cleveland area

Reviewed By roselX2298DEfirst of all jazz the manager took money from me for my sat then called me back in to say i did not pay enough i left my walet (myfult on that one) on the counter as my husband called me out to the car when i got to the room i noticed my cash was missing and so was my bank card jazz was the only one at the desk when i called her sh acted rude and like i was lieing and did not know what i was talking about later that night when i got out the shower i seen 3 bugs running acrose the wall ans out of the sink and also got bit up all night when i called the office late at night there was no answer on the phone i go down and the door is locked and no one is there go back to my room and found a needle under my bed and monds of hair like the room was never cleaned that next moring i go down and yet again to my suprize it jazz i infom her of all that occured and she rolled her eys at me and said that too bad dont stay here no more then and said she has a wonderful hk staff and they scrub the rooms from floor to walls witch is a joke never stay here unlesss you want bugs and robbed
