His wait staff...Rene, Patty, Sasha, Dennis, Jordan, Alex, Laura and Keiley we great. They took great care of our guests and everyone said they did a great job. The food was great and the bartenders did a great job also. If you need a place to have a small or large event they are the place to go. I also want to thank Dan the catering manager was amazing in getting this evening completed for us.

Regina and Amanda were very welcoming when we arrived. The Hampton is very clean with nice modern rooms . Very nice beds . The complimentary breakfast has moderate choice but well presented and tasty. Shout out to Herb the cook at breakfast he very friendly and obliging . All staff were friendly and represented hotel well .

Reviewed By Smiles4milesI am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at several Doubletree Hotels across the country, some of them wonderful, others just okay. As a result I really didn’t expect anything extraordinary at this location but I have been happily surprised. First of all, the Melbourne Beach/Indiatlantic area is quite nice and delightfully “untacky” as compared to some places in Florida like Panama City for instance. The beach at the hotel is lovely, clean and quiet too but the hotel itself is beautiful. The public areas are well maintained with an indoor restaurant and outdoor bar/snack area next to the pool. Our room was on the 9th floor with an oceanfront balcony with outstanding views of the Atlantic. You enter your room with a sitting area just inside the door with a nice comfortable sectional, flat screen and fridge. The bathroom divides the living area from the bedroom. I especially liked the setup because the sink is outside the toilet and shower area which facilitates easier preparations in the morning, and I loved the barn door to the bathroom which is much quieter than a regular door. The bedroom also has a flatscreen, good reading lights, a double closet and a safe. The bedrooms face the east so the blackout curtains are another feature which was greatly appreciated each morning. The balcony has 2 chairs and usually catches a terrific cooling breeze while you read or watch the surfers. The room seems to have been recently remodeled and the decor was fresh and lovely with comfortable bedding plus a handy full length mirror. Beach towel “tickets” are provided when you check in, and beach chairs and umbrellas are also available. Parking is plentiful and a parking pass is also handed to you at checkin but all of this pales in comparison to the customer service, and quite frankly that was the part of our stay that blew me away. We have stayed in top notch lodgings on several continents and the service at this Doubletree rivaled most of them. From the initial checkin and throughout our stay every single employee made it their goal to ensure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The front desk team, the restaurant staff, the bartender at Seagrapes, everyone, were all extremely friendly and dedicated to a level of service rarely seen these days. The room and hotel were lovely but the customer service was what will remain the most memorable part of our trip to Melbourne Beach. Thank you to the entire Doubletree team for a very special stay. We’ll done!

Reviewed By Dce88I really enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Melby! The structure itself is so modern and clean. There is a distinct urban minimalist feel to the architecture. My room was on the 7th floor and I had the most stunning corner views of the Indian River. Parking in the structure was easy, safe and accessible. There are no ice machines but the service desk is always happy to have a full ice bucket delivered to your room upon request. Service here from start to finish was top-shelf! Upon landing in Orlando to pick up my rental car, I had a text message from the staff welcoming me. Throughout my visit they were quite communicative and responsive via text message which I appreciated. Especially Samantha who was a standout. The food scene here is impressive as well. The Foxtail Coffee Bistro located in the lobby had a nice selection of pastries and coffee items. I had a delicious chocolate croissant (warmed up). Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The Landing Rooftop Bar was definitely the crown jewel! Stunning 360 degree views of the city, river and Atlantic Ocean. The vibe here was lively and infectious which came through in the staff as well. Unfortunately there is no draft beer, but there is a nice selction of bottles; a vast wine list and creative looking cocktails. I had a tasty Caesar salad that was thoughtfully adorned with anchovy filets. I had breakfast on my last morning before driving back to MCO. The omelette was properly prepared (not overcooked and brown); however the “hashbrowns" were a more institutional patty style like you’d get at McDonald’s. Overall, highly recommended. There are a ton of great looking restaurants, bars and other things within very easy walking distance of the hotel. I’ll certainly plan to stay here again next time I’m in the greater Melbourne area.

Serious problems with this motel
Reviewed By chrismoore4As I arrived another guest was complaining about the noise the previous night and that someone had just been trying to access her room. When I got to my room, the door was open, someone else's door key was on the table (with the previous room number crossed out and mine substituted). Someone had been sitting on the bed and there was a used tissue on the floor. Complained to the manager who was off-hand and said it was probably the cleaners. No other room available. Decided to leave my stuff in the car until after supper then discovered the locking bar had been removed from the back of the room door. Asked for and got a complete refund and moved elsewhere

I want to thank the Hilton Rialto Place staff for the most heart fealt service a guest could imagine. I have strange and quirky needs and the staff passed no judgment and accommodated every need. The hotel is alive, people are around and doing things. The property is beautiful. A gem right by the airport. I loved my room style as well. I'm quite particular about the kind of rooms I stay and the staff was so wo derful to make sure that happen. I will definitely be back. Again thank you.

Negligence
Reviewed By rachelb11116We are out of state from Arizona on a family vacation. We arrived for check in right at 4pm, everything all nice and dandy. When I arrived in the room, it was still being cleaned. Smelled very musty and sweaty, toilets weren’t flushing and clogged, bed was FILLED with sand and I contacted the front desk through the app stating all my issues and nobody ever got back to me. At 12am my children and I were woken to very loud pounding at the door. The police were there as long as the guy from the front desk. They stated that we are trespassed and to be evicted from our room immediately. For absolutely NO REASON. There was an incident that happened at another Hilton down the road that was resolved and everything was okay so i had to assume this has to do with that, which also was pure negligence on the double tree. So we had to pack up everything with the door wide open, no privacy and leave in 5 min. My newborn baby and three year old crying hysterically because of that and not a bit of compassion from the Hilton staff because of that. How can you just kick out a family who spent nearly $2,000 at Hilton without a word of explanation. PURE NEGLIGENCE AND DIGUST WITH THE HILTON PROPERTIES. On top of that, they think they can charge me $130 early departure fee when we were kicked out! FOR NO REASON

Pleasant stay at the Radisson
Reviewed By mas0n1973I did have a pleasant stay at the Radisson despite not been able to have my DoorDash delivered to my room. The ocean view suites was extremely nice and clean the bathroom was kinda small but clean, The hotel breakfast was very good and the outdoor pool was nice.
