Location and facilities fabulous. First night food and service expensive but first class. The last night returned to the hotel restaurant , took over an hour for the main meal to come and two courses had to be returned which took some doing as one was a cold seafood platter Le Plateau Dinard. Costing 58€ for one person and no ice and minimal seafood, but otherwise great trip.

Good hotel

Reviewed By amboseli

The location of the hotel is about 5 kms from the very city centre. Therefore it was very quiet at night, so we were very pleased we had not chosen a hotel in the Intra Muros. We had our bicycles with us and cycled to the centre which was easy and cheap (no carpark to loook for and to pay for). Rooms are smallish but the bed was good and with a good working air conditioning and a neat bathoom with excellent shower. Everything was clean. Good breakfast (buffet), though the same items every day. Very friendly staff. Swimming pool was a pro! Would stay here again.

Great location but dreadful service.

Reviewed By Crapaud62

Visit started great. Hotel directly beach side and short walk to old town. Magnificent views of the beach. Room was a bit small but adequate. We ordered breakfast the night before for 9.00 am the following morning. We were ready at 8.50 am so asked if we could have breakfast early as we had a long 800 kms drive ahead of us. We were rudely told "No, it is ordered for 9.00 am so that's when you will get it". By 9.20 am there was still no breakfast so we gave up! We were told "She had two bookings for 9.00 am and yours was the second". Dreadful service and a sad end to an otherwise nice visit.
