Reviewed By thenikjayneAn absolute gem in Horsham. Craig takes obvious pride in this accommodation, keeping it clean, tidy and making repairs and improvements ASAP where needed. Not just “pet friendly” (aka “pets tolerated), our 2 doggos were made to feel welcome for their stay. The team provides great local knowledge on check-in and we were very well taken care of when a medical issue arose (Thankyou!!). Comfy bed, hot shower, free breakfast. Will stay again.

Good value, comfortable but noisy
Reviewed By AussieHolidaysThis is a good value, comfortable and clean motel. It is setback from the highway so you are not troubled by trucks late at night. We did appreciate electric blankets on the beds as we move into late autumn. Car parking is outside the front door of the unit allowing for easy transfer of luggage. The process in obtaining the room key after reception closed was well-managed. The room had a good quality, reverse cycle air-conditioner fitted to it. The only downside of this budget accommodation was that noise was an issue between rooms. You could hear people upstairs moving around and I could certainly hear our neighbour snoring overnight. The motel is not within walking distance of dining options and is located on the Melbourne side of Horsham.

Reviewed By wrb330Arrived and was welcomed warmly. The room was priced reasonably, more than some in town, much cheaper than others. Rooms layout was comfy, everything you hoped to have, fridge, kettle iron etc was all provided along with a full sized ironing board. Rooms dnacks and drink are priced reasonably. I really enjoyed the experience UNTIL I wanted a cup of coffee. Opened the cupboard to be met with a sign stating charges may be incurred if I don't wash, dry and return cups to the cupboard. Other than that one minor bad taste I enjoyed my stay.

Nice touches like MUGS for cups of tea instead of mini cups and saucers was appreciated, tea, snacks and alcohol was provided and loads of information about the local area,

Reviewed By grahamsG1854WVSpacious park for caravaners. We booked a standard cabin. . It was a tiny one 4 x 2.5 m. Ok only for a single person overnight and not for an extended visit. All other cabins much larger and well presented. To the credit of the nice office staff we were moved to a lager cabin but was charged an extra 30$ per night. New cabin was clean and spacious. Kitchen facilities great. Clean rooms. Great local area. The river walks were great . Close hotels and pubs for dinner and cafes for breakfast n coffee. Would like to thank helpful manger who was great. Would stay again . Very friendly

Courtesy light in the bathroom was a great idea Good, Large TV with all channels. Tea and Coffee making facilities plus a toaster but no cutlery A well rated licensed bistro and cafe is located on the premises . The Bistro was fully booked but provided guests with room service meals from the Menu, which were excellent! Good spacious parking

Reviewed By Dencal1945Described by the information centre as a “new” motel in town, it was in fact slightly disappointing. It may have been “new” at some stage in its history, but the furnishings were decidedly drab. Old-style free-standing clothes cupboard, and TV unit. Furniture definately did not fit the room with the two chairs cramped by a two-seater settee. When sitting at the chairs at the table, the table was neck height, hardly matching! As breakfast is only served in the rooms, to eat with this arrangement would be quite awkward. The Restaurant was booked out when we arrived on the first night, but a look at the very limited menu was enough to look elsewhere for the remaining two nights of our stay. No lift to our room on the first floor was a very detracting feature, particularly for a couple over 70. Fortunately, a friendly staff member assisted in carrying our bags, otherwise we may have changed our booking. Perhaps hotels should advertise lack of elevators? Our room tended to be a bit noisy as the facing street is the main roads for trucks etc heading for Adelaide. Reception hours are limited to 10.30-4.30 during the week And 11.30-3.30 weekends These hours were explained as “due to Covid” ???? Rooms are not serviced on weekend or public holidays
