One of the worst brunch ever
Reviewed By fdr78Poor quality of food, quantity not foreseen for the guests, and overall the Sunday brunch is an experience that I would never re-try. We had to ask twice for the eggs (only one choice that they call “scrambled eggs”) and the bacon (which was more boiled than grilled). Bread not fresh and patisserie seemed that was prepared the day before. Water is not included. Very poor choice of warm dishes. No indication of what type of dish was presented on the buffet nor allergens. Service not at Mercure level expectation. Luckily there was a glass of cremant included and the view on the golf field. If you are looking for a real Sunday brunch go elsewhere.

bit outdated rooms, but great service
Reviewed By WingWingOnefirst of all the staff here was extreme friendly and helpfull for our complete stay we had a 'culinair' arrangement. the food in the restaurant was tastefull, nicely presented and of good quality. (only when we had duck as main the meat was a bit overdone, and dry (as if it had been baked correct but then put in an oven for too long. But overall the diners were very good. breakfast had to be adapted because of Covid, and they did a good job with a combination of table service and packed buffet. The rooms were a bit outdated with a dusty carpet and no airco, small tv, a vault with a manual closing (turning 3 knobs with numbers)... But there was a seperate toilet and bathroom with two sinks and certainly enough space. location , close to echternach

Horrbel Hotel, bad service, overpriced, not worth your money

We had two small towels, and each one pillow. At the reception the guy did not even bother to applique high standard service. I complained about the room and he just told me: YOU could have wished for a room with a view, you could have wished for a room that is nicer. SORRY?? is it up to me to ask for quality by these pieces? At check out NO ONE of the management was there. I asked to be contacted, but no one called or emails me. The receptionist had a shirt that was not ironed!!! and wore sneakers. THIS IS A 4 Star Hotel high price hotel!! NOT worth the money. We will definitely NOT stay at this hotel ever again! There is that about the room. Then the Therme old and not cosy. Don’t expect a SAP Hotel for a nice romanitique get away. My advice: Take you money somewhere else. If you are used to high standard Hotels, this should definitely not be you choice. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESABLISHMENT you will not get what your money is worth.

Decent sized and well maintained rooms, centrally located
Reviewed By KatrienS955This hotel does not have 24 hour reception, as stated clearly when we booked. However, when we informed them that we would be arriving outside the hours the reception was open, it was no problem, and they were open as we arrived. We even could already put our luggage in the room. Staff could be friendlier, but were conscientious about safety measures during the corona pandemic. Staff spoke at least 5 languages. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is very centrally located.

Hower they were very clean - the dinner: the meals were mediocre - no airco in the standard rooms. It's quite hot in the rooms with a view on the parking - the rooms with a view on the parking: a lot of noice of the traffic near the hotel Positif: - all people are very friendly and are very helpful - breakfast: was good. No remarks - the welness was also OK despite the fact that not all saunas were open. But I can understand because the hotel was not fully booked.

The hotel is located in the heart of Echternach. From here you can walk around the town and discover this lovely and historical place. Our rooms are very comfortable and have en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and phone. Internet access is available on request (<2 hours free). In our restaurant you can taste delicious dishes and enjoy a nice family dinner.

The proprietors are a very friendly and accommodating multilingual young couple ... who even arranged for the staff to do our laundry. And we were pleasantly pleased at the reasonable room cost. Highly recommend.

Nice Suprise ! Small hotel with a great spa !
Reviewed By BibicheSwissieWe spent two nights while participating in the 70.3 Ironman of Luxembourg-Moselle. We were happily surprised by the hotel since the reviews were not all positive. The duplex room (upstairs) was great and very clean. We had a bed added for our daughter and it was still spacey. The spa area was incredible as it is a very small hotel : sauna, Hamam, fitness, indoor swimmingpool (28-30 degrees), relaxing area,... The restaurant was also a good surprise : very nice fine French food. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful! The only negative point: we first did not get the room we reserved (duplex), although we booked Monthey in advance and prepaid a night. Finally they arranged it for us to have it but it was a close call (we fortunately arrived early).

Super tasty half board

COVID-safety measures are well in place and we fell totally safe and relaxed while visiting the hotel. The rooms are also extremely clean and well maintained. We took the half board and OMG - it was so good! The food at the hotel restaurant is amazing, I would highly recommend it. Pool and three different saunas were also nice. We will come again.

Traditional setting (tablecloth, silverware...). Friendly and professional service by the waiters and owners. Great wine list. Table reservations are a must. Covid check at the entrance. Clean and safe.
