What a fantastic, comfortable quiet stay at this awesome ibis. Have stayed so many times and this crew do accor plus gold and platinum better then high end hotels. Really friendly and welcoming team especially a big thank you to Amelie and Yumeilia. Breakfast had everything you need to start your day. No need to look any further if your chasing good quality accomm in the east. Rooms accessible from underground car park. Great location for business trip with easy parking. Rooms were well cleaned and the bed was very comfortable for sleep. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook meals and a great selection of options for meal deliveries.

Central location with shops near by, friendly and helpful staff. The room was well presented, neat, tidy and clean with a comfortable bed (pleasant change from another recent stay with another company).

Service & quality very much deteriorated. One light bulb in room & after advising reception staff were moved to another room. Bathroom old but kind of clean, shower floor damaged. Dining table dirty, cleaned it myself. Curtains closed but falling down. Noise from main road deafening. This place needs some serious attention - not only to the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, but the customer service might need some future investment too.

A five-star rating for the Manager / Receptionist, Ron. He rang well before we arrived in Melbourne after a long drive and was able to guide us through to parking and collecting the keys. Recommend putting up a good sign, outside.

GLEN INN Motel is conveniently located between Melbourne's Monash eastern suburbs Glen Waverley, Mulgrave, Clayton, Wheelers Hill near corner Springvale Road / Ferntree Gully Road. Just opposite the Village Green Entertainment Complex which offers an "All you can eat" buffet & fantastic entertainment! Near the M1 Monash Freeway & a 5-minute drive from the Eastlink. Right across from Brandon Park Shopping Centre, shopping is also available at Chadstone Shopping Centre or The Glen, both a short distance. Monash University Clayton is 2-3 bus-stops away & the motel is a 5-minute walk to the Victorian Rehabilitation centre, Police Academy, the Great Monash Aquatic Centre and other sporting locations and golf venues in the area. The cosy rooms at Glen Inn feature large flatscreen TV's, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a work desk as well as a sofa couch or second bed. FREE PARKING & FREE WIFI for all guests! Very helpfull staff and the Motel sits in a very good area for food etc, especially at nearby Glen Waverly township and railway junction which will take you to the Melbourne Markets in Elizabeth Street in about twenty minutes, not to long away but you will need to purchase a myki PT card to travel on public transport including Metro trains, Buses. Trams and normal electric rail which covers many suburbs and eventually interstate. Our room was clean and no smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom or washroom had beenrecently renovated and looks nice, the shower closet is a little small but does the job with good water pressure and beautiful hot water. Breakfast and Dinner are served on the premises which I believe is very good and fresh. Yes my wife and I would visit again no problems, oh the room was quiet on the ground floor with little noise from departing cars in the morning. I'm a picky person but this was fine.

Room was modern and spacious. Nice balcony with city views. Room controlled heating. They do take a room bond which is refunded in a few days after checking out. Everything you might need for an extended stay is here including an in room laundry. parking is $10 extra per night and allocated parking.

I have stayed here for 2 weeks. The facilities provided here has everything I need. The apartment is closed to the shopping centre, train station and there's also restaurants closed by. Glen, Julie and Brenda are also very helpful to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend here.

Stylishly designed and superbly located, these modern 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are located behind The Glen Shopping Centre providing easy access to cinemas, restaurants, shopping and a train station. Features include modern kitchen with polished stone bench tops, full size oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave. Spacious open living area with large 50" plasma television, DVD and over 100 channels of cable TV (Foxtel), private balcony, secure basement car parking with lift access. A choice of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are available.
I stayed here for two nights in a two bedroom apartment with family from Albany, WA. My sister had caught the red eye from Perth and arrived in Melbourne at 7.30am. With two phone calls we were able to check in 12.30 instead of the usual 2 pm. Lifesavers!!! These apartments are fully self contained and within walking distance to everything. My bedroom was huge and although on a busy rd you couldn't hear traffic. The other room was located above the remote garage door for the underground car parking for guests so everytime the door opened my sister would freak as it was quite noisy. Unfortunately there is only one hour parking out the front and our visitors received parking tickets 7.30 at night but we found out later there is more parking around the back. Besides that the units are very comfortable and very clean. I would stay here again.

The Orange Serviced Apartments is managed by the Waverly International Hotel, where you pick up the keys during check in. It's a refurbished house, not that large, thus there are only 10 or so apartments. We had a problem with the fuse tripping 5 times the first night of our stay. We immediately reported the problem through a phone call (at 11pm), and the responding staff member reassured us that maintenance would come by the next day. He also offered for us to switch to another apartment, but as it was late at night and we were tired, we decline the offer. Through our experience, it seems that demanding appliances such as the washing machine or the hairdryer cannot be switched on at the same time. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with the "oven isolation". We didn't run into any problems the second day, and this was a problem only limited to a single apartment. The appliances are quite average, perhaps affecting electrical consumption and the issue with the fuse. The kitchen is well stocked, with coffee maker, kettle, tea, pots etc. The serviced apartments are located near Kingsway Street, where there are many restaurants open till late. There is also an Ibis hotel located nearby. There is a 2.2m height limit for the underground parking, but owners of taller vehicles can park in the parking lot directly across the street.
