Reviewed By makan9Great size room with well designed interiors and great attention to details. Parking and checking in was very convenient. Service was friendly and excellent food at the restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was above basic. And the LRT is walking distance.

We both find the rooms beautiful and comfortable, and everyone is always so lovely and helpful. I’m sure he’ll ask to go again next year! The only thing I would change about this place is that the breakfast buffet, while tasty, feels a bit pricey to me. I would prefer a lower price even with more limited options - it (budget wise) limited the ability to have breakfast at the hotel with my son and two other children.

Housekeeping could be better
Reviewed By K1593BAamandanWe stayed in this room for 6 nights while visiting family in the area. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good. Housekeeping service had to be requested. Our room was ok but I had to peel a fruit snack out of the living room carpet when we first arrived. There was blue toothpaste all over the bathroom, not sure how housekeeping missed it. There was toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, bathrrom floor, bathroom ceiling, the walls, everywhere. I called twice about the condition of the bathroom but had to visit the front desk on day 3 to ask them to come clean it. It was finally taken care of. The vents and air filter in the room were absolutely filthy and everyone in our family coughed terribly when we were in the room. There was a spot that could be mold on the bedroom wall. This hotel looks like it isn't very old but it seems it takes a beating, I wonder if this is because of the lack of housekeeping. The beds were just ok, the sheets weren't very soft. The spacious rooms don't make up for the condition of the room.

She even helped us find a discount. The morning clerk found a shirt I'd left behind (a favorite) and mailed it to me right away. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.

We offer 32,000 sq feet of meeting space, Tavern64 farm-to-table restaurant, indoor pool/jacuzzi, full scale gym with personal trainers, along with access to an open air pavilion. Just minutes from Metro’s Silver Line. Panera Bread located inside the hotel.
Good place but very expensive and no breakfast.
Reviewed By Mark MI was there for a business meeting at a "discounted" rate, but it is still the most expensive "airport hotel" I have ever stayed in. NO BREAKFAST! Small pool and workout area. Nice rooms and ambiance and in a nice area, but nothing much to really do locally.

Great Hotel but Staff Need More Training
Reviewed By Delton6711Breakfast area was missing fruit several times during my stay. Food was cold and unattended to. Staff members working the breakfast area were not checking the bar properly to make sure everything was in order, instead they were huddled up and one young lady was snapping pictures of herself with her phone. When I checked in Jordan at the fruit desk was adamant about check my government ID, which was clearly viewed around my neck but never welcome me as a Diamond member, nor did she give me the welcome gift. I had to come down the next day and receive it from another representative. Eric at the front desk had to several times take care of issue or things needed because Jordan didn't know or did not have the time to service my needs. His service was excellent during my stay. Brittany was also great.

great location, front desk extremely courteous
Reviewed By needlotterygreat location. hotel was very clean and quiet. it was nice to have the Starbucks coffee / breakfast kiosk open again after covid. really loved how there are so many walkable restaurants there are around here. also having a harris teeter across the street! rhe front parking is extremely limited so check in and front desk will give you a room key that opens the underground garage around the corner of the building. its $5 a day but really nice hoe secure it is. only disappointment is I thought there was a hot tub here but it looked like it was filled in. the pool was closed also which would have been nice but my greatest disappointment was not having a hot tub. I'll just have to call other sites in the future otherwise a great stay.
