Great hotel in an ideal location
Reviewed By nik01AberdeenThis hotel ideally placed to see all of the attractions in Dole. Well worth paying for the Superior room as it was large, modern & very comfortable. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome in these covid times. Dole itself is a really beautiful town with lots of good shops, bars & restaurants. Parking at the hotel was across the road in a park but was free & safe. If we are ever back in Dole we would definitely stay here again.

charged twice on website, dirty beds, zero customer care when complaining
Reviewed By E3898ABalexfAfter crashing several times during booking, their website charged me twice (which I only discovered when the bank statement came), then we stayed overnight en route to the alps, and didn't expect much as it is a cheap bed for a night. we got less than we expected as the bed was previously slept in and had another person's pubic hairs left in it. Tried to make a complaint via the Accor customer care site. eventually got a response saying they would forward the complaint to the hotel. No further response, so emailed again. They said they'd give the hotel 72 hours to respond. That was a month ago and now, after two further emails to Accor, I have heard nothing further... avoid this hotel specifically and hope you don't have to deal with their customer 'care' team

perfect stay during my way home
Reviewed By hendrik261The location was very good. I only wanted to stop driving for some hours and lay in a cosy bed and room. This hotel was just perfect for this purpose. Very efficient booking, arrival and departure. Perfect for me. And the owner was a nice guy making a very pleasant atmosphere in the morning. Wish everybody was like him :-)

Service and food, but dated.
Reviewed By jcsyrGreat place, good service and food. At all very good, but lack some maintenance. We arrive after discovering that Danmark and some of the hotels in Germany yet hadn't opened, so we was real tiered after driving from Norway. Here we found service and splendid food, before a comfy bed. Breakfast very good to be France. We will be back.

Overpriced and far from 3 stars standard
Reviewed By Elisa78350This hotel is one of the 3 stars hotel in Dole. It is over-priced for the area and far from usual 3 stars standards we experienced in France. Our room did not offer the possibility to manage the air conditioning and temperature (way too hot!), the bathroom need some renovation and in deepth cleaning (white stone!). On top of that we also had additional fees for a baby bed (20 euros per night, more or less 1/3 of the total price of the bed), that every hotel in France offered as a basic convenience package during our trip. The one we got was not very clean, with no real mattress. The woman in the lobby in the afternoon (not the owner) was not friendly, very cold and not service-oriented. We felt like disturbing her while asking for some tips. The breakfast was overpriced too, with a wide proposition but lot of industrial products and no single waiter.

Reviewed By Anne CLa péniche est superbe agréable avec des espaces confortables à l'extérieur. La cabine est juste magnifique spacieuse et très joliment décorée. Nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, il ne manque rien vous pouvez choisir l'heure à laquelle vous désirez le prendre. Les hôtes sont très sympas et en plus il y a 2 chats qui font partie de la famille.

Reviewed By fantazbazIn Australia a magot is blowfly larvae which is an unfortunate title for anything in France BUT this establishment was clean, tidy, comfortable and well located to city attractions and transport hubs. Do not get me wrong you pay for what you get and a double for 2 cost only €42 for the night. Wonderful hosts who made things as easy as possible for 2 non Francais speakers. Forgot to mention the beer was cold and a choice of 4.
