Reviewed By richardaZ5072PHI visited the D For 4 nIGHts in October 2020 . To my surprise there was no bell person to take my bag to my room. I was told that they do not do that. I am in my 70s and disabled so i would have liked that.After I dragged my bag to my room I went down to the casino to see if I could get some lunch. Supringingly the breakfast and lunch restaurant was closed for good . Your choice was mc Donald's or a hot dog stand. For 4 mornings and afternoons I was forced to go next door to the 4 Queen's to eat a sit down meal. I had 1 dinner at the D . The room was fine . Hope they serve Breakfast at their new hotel that's opening this month RICH DISAPPOINTED

Reviewed By viajerolokal1925What makes a guest here remember the place is the romantic ambiance of the restaurant on the ground floor, behind the reception desk and adjacent to the stairway going to the second floor.Take your breakfast or your dinner here because the dining area is not air-conditioned. Dinner here has a romantic setting. There is a lighted garden with a vintage wooden carved swing. The chairs are vintage 1900s including the wooden carve tables. I was with my sister vacationing here who arrived separately with me from Manila. In short we had a weekend vacation with our relatives. The food was great and staff members are so friendly. The accommodation was roomy even an extra bed or mattress would fit on the wide floor area. Price is affordable. One problem,however, is the lack of parking space for your host or relatives visiting you. There is also a big reception area on the second floor and a veranda to view the street below while waiting for your guests.Another problem could be the traffic situation during rush hour between 5 pm and 7 pm. There are also nearby fast food restaurant if your are in a hurry. The tag that reads it's not your ordinary hotel is quite right. You feel at home here what with a beautiful garden to appreciate while taking your breakfast or dinner. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport which is around 20 minutes away from this hotel on a main thoroughfare.

Just need more improvements that every room should have hot&water shower, tv setup/reception and more soundproof as nearby establishment lots of open pub and bars. For budget travelers, this will suit you for $18 less you can have bed and breakfast.

Reviewed By mimifrommanilaI stayed with them from June 13 to 19. Here are my observations: 1. Staff are nice but does not provide good customer service 2. Does not provide complimentary drinking water (hot & cold). You have to pay for bottled water and hot water (PhP5.00) 3. Dirty toilet, when you ask for housekeeping, they just throw the trash 4. They change the bedding and towels every other day. 5. Location was perfect, heart of Dipolog City 6. I feel unsafe, because the master keycard for opening all the doors is in the info booth, and anyone can get it.

Please make sure that employees are equipped with proper training and seminars so that they can provide the high quality of service to the guests. Then make sure that the establishment looks like Home/Hotel, since during my visit it looks like a apartment. Lastly, please be advice that this is not a pure criticism, this is actually a constructive criticism to make sure that your business is highly compliant with the department of tourism guidelines and international ratings. Remember, guests pays for the service that they deserve. Hoping that this might help you guys. Til we meet again!

Affordable and comfortable
Reviewed By Teresita POur stay was comfortable, staff were very responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, near government offices, near the airport, and eating places. We enjoyed our stay. I only wish we were given the complimentary toiletries right away and that I did not have to ask for it on our second day.

Reviewed By reneeh444Wir waren zum Lunch im Restaurant, das am Strand liegt, die Lodges sind durch eine Strasse von diesem getrennt und von einer Mauer abgetrennt.. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist sehr einfach, Zum Essen ist zu sagen der Fisch war sehr gut, die Nudeln auch. Jedoch die Calamares waren richtig fad auch die gegrillten Squids waren geschmacklos, was sehr schade war.

Reviewed By Juha KClean, yet small rooms with TV and hot shower. OK beds. Not luxury, but remember the price. Maybe would not recommend for longer stay. You still get what You paid for. No elevator. Bit far from Boulevard.
