Dirty rooms
Reviewed By Coastal56440761498Upon arriving, our suite balcony door was broken and we could not use it so we requested an upgrade at our expense. We got the ocean view room but no suite and went in to find it dirty (see pics below). We wiped down the table and took pics the 2nd and 3rd wash. We notified management and all they said was to let housekeeping come back up and do their job. I thought it was to be done prior to my arrival. If you want cleanliness, this is not the place. If you want common courtesy, this is not the place. Don’t take the chance, it’s not worth it. Go anywhere else.

You also get access to a restaurant and pool at the hotel next door. Cocoa Beach Pier is close. Will stay there again the next time we cruise from Port Canaveral.

Very close to the sea and the pier
Reviewed By mdalia541304Very nice structure. The breakfast was decent (just not too varied). For some reason they never cleaned my room in 5 days. The room was very clean and spacious, the internet also was very good. Extremely close to the pier, the sea and many venues. Perfect location!

Reviewed By Khalil RI went with my family to visit a relative staying in the Hilton Garden Inn, at Cocoa Beach, Florida, to spend time at the beach there. After swimming in the ocean and spending a good time, we decided to go to the restaurant Cocoa Beach F & B because it's right there inside the hotel. I am not exaggerating when I say we had to wait 45 minutes for our meals (there were 6 of us) and the restaurant was almost empty. The service was horrible and the waitress did not check on us more than once or twice. When we finally got the food it was lukewarm (not hot as you would think maybe because it just got out of the oven) which means it was sitting there. Maybe they forgot about us even though two tables only had customers. Two of us ordered Pineapple chicken with rice, and with the first bite they almost threw up. The Pineapple was hollow and did not taste like Pineapple and there was more rice than China, with only two pieces of chicken. Needless to say we were not happy with the food, so we brought it to the attention of the (Royal) waitress who totally ignored us. No apologies. No remedies. I asked for the check and that took her a long time, too. I had to alert a bus boy to call the manager. As I was talking to him, I saw two customers storming out of the restaurant and overheard a waitress telling Mr. Manager that they were mad and did not order anything. The manager ignored me for a good five minutes after my family left me alone facing the quagmire by myself, because he was talking to his other waitress about, I don't know, maybe a global world strategy to fight Climate Change. Finally, when he had time for his customer he came towards me and was defensive with attitude and denied that the food was sitting despite the fact that it was barely warm. He offered a not-so-convincing apology, blaming short staff and a busy restaurant (even though I have two eyes and I can see that the restaurant was like a haunted house), then he turned his back on me and left to stand post at the door and continue his strategic talking with his other waitress. I carried myself and left this horrible eatery. I definitely do not recommend eating at this restaurant because of its (non) service and bad food. I mean, I do not know how to boil an egg but I probably cook better than this restaurant. That's how pathetic it is! The Hotel itself might be another story but management has to do something about this terrible restaurant.

Reviewed By ckzagHotel was clean and in a safe location. Staff was very nice and cheerful. Breakfast could have been little better, but overall we a decent stay and were pleased with the accommodations. Close walking distance to beach.

Breakfast in the A.M and wine and Cheese in the evening. The location is maybe a 100 step walk to the beach You just can go wrong.

Reviewed By PT792Perfect little hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and good shower. Everywhere was spotless, we also loved the breakfast and the lazy river. The receptionists were very friendly and informative. On the first night there was a small problem with the tap in the bathroom and maintenance man was there in 10 minutes. This hotel is near the beach and an ideal stopover before our cruise from Port Canaveral. Thoroughly recommended.
