The service is worst, watering another table, but this table was ignored many times. Everyone's glasses were emptied, but even if I looked at them from here, I wondered if I couldn't see them. Reviewed By restlessaussieThis is a great place to stay in Osaka. Staff are very nice, desk staff speak some English. Rooms are spacious with a contemporary design. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Found the hotel very clean. It’s right next to one of the crab restaurants with a neon sign visible from the room but the curtains are excellent and the room was really dark. The location is great with heaps of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. We would definitely stay again.

Terrible - NO Air Conditioning.
Reviewed By infotraderSweating all night long. AC isn’t broken! Heating option is only available this season. Unable to open window sufficiently. And no - it is not a hot day! All management told me was turn off the heat and open the window. That did not help. Room is small so everything is a heat source. Something as simple as light bulb had to be dimmed as much as possible becasue they use the heat generating halogen bulb (not the LED ones).

Reviewed By ukjacekThis hotel is perfectly positioned, being under 5 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station and shopping centre, and 10 minutes walk from Dotonbori. The rooms are compact, but spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderfully helpful and efficient. Lots of freebies available such as pocket wifi rental, ramen tasting and cookery demonstrations. We will certainly stay there again.

Reviewed By rebeccamB151HHWe stayed here for two nights. The room was an excellent size and spotlessly clean. The hotel has tatami flooring throughout and low beds in the rooms which makes for an authentic Japanese experience. Would highly recommend.
