Sake Exploration of Kansai offers special food and sake tour called "Osaka Food Porn". This tour is designed for foodies who are willing to try new exotic dishes and be adventurous! You’ll be guided through traditional and authentic Osaka-style food and beverage. Typical Osaka food such as Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki are not part of this food tour. The tour takes place 11 different areas of Osaka city. We’ll try 4-5 places & 6-10 dishes. We’ll visit areas not yet touched by the tourist masses. You’ll need to be brave but you’ll be rewarded with a unique food experience that truly does include some items you cannot try anywhere else. And of course copious amounts of Sake will be required. You’ll also discover some of Osaka’s historical past as we meander through this typically locals only area. The tour is guided by a nationally qualified interpreter-guide & Sake Master, Aki, who spent almost 10 years as a Sake specialist in New York and he speaks great English to answer any questions you may have. The followings are 11 different neighborhoods where "Osaka Food Porn" takes place (fee for this tour varies depending on which area you choose).
