Low Cost Hotel, simple, family atmosphere, just 100 meters away of 'Playa de Palma' beach, and very close to Gala and Miraflores Hotels (hotels of the same group) that complete with bars, lounges, swimming pools, solarium etc. where you will have free access.Located a few meters of the bus stop to Palma Airport (is only 3 bus stops away) and city center. And also from the shops, bars, restaurants of Can Pastilla.

Reviewed By richardcjarmanI am very fond of Can Pastilla as it is a charming resort with a good beach and lovely promenade and close to Palma which can be reached easily by bus. The Las Arenas has an enviable location on the Promanade opposite the beach and marina. The hotel has recently been rebuilt and looks very clean and modern. The rooms are compact with limited storage but the bathrooms are spacious and boast an excellent rain shower. The large flat screen TV shows BBC 1, 2 and 4 plus ITV 1,2and 4 plus BBC World The restaurant is very inviting particularly when the terrace is open. The food, serves buffet style, is varied and of a good standard. The layout of the buffet is somewhat confused and would benefit from some thought. The staff are excellent. The pool is small and drab but the roof terrace is huge and well furnished giving panoramic views in all directions. The lifts are very slow. It was my birthday during my stay which was picked up by the management who sent fresh strawberries and a chocolate cake to my room. A very nice touch!

What a wonderful place - incredible friendly staff and service, immaculately clean (constant army of cleaners working to maintain the high standard). We had our first holiday away since Covid, and wanted a really good rest and recuperation. This was the ideal spot. Fantastic location, minutes from the beach, and we enjoyed hiring bikes to explore Palma old town which is stunning. Economy Rooms are small but have everything you need, cleaned daily and staff on hand for anything you need. Breakfast buffet was impressive, and we ended up eating at the restaurant for lunch most days, incredible fresh food prepared with real care. We found Palma to be so easy to navigate, friendly, welcoming, affordable. Definitely recommend. Pool area is lovely, even enjoyed an early morning yoga class by the pool.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, good variety of food and our waiter Enrique was really on the ball with our coffees every morning. We had a third floor ocean view room and it was really nice to sit on the balcony and people watch. Rooftop pool was really nice. We also liked having drinks in front of the hotel during the day and before going out to dinner.

Great location near airport and beach and good value
Reviewed By Mike AThis is a great location if you want to be near the airport, perhaps for an early flight and also close to the beach where a number of good quality and value restaurants are located. The hotel is fairly modern with good fitted out rooms, the air con is good, the WiFi less so - only really worked in the reception areas and not in our room. Hall corridors look a bit tired and the lifts need modernising. Staff were very helpful and we found this to be great value for money.

Reviewed By T6289XGclairekLocation - Perfect location to the beach and from the airport. It is in a quieter part of Playa de Palma but this was perfect for our trip. There is still alot of atmosphere and people around. It is not quiet but just more relaxed than arenal beach area. The hotel is literally across from the beach. Check in - Went smoothly and we received the room that we wanted. Check out- Was very quick and effective , they booked a taxi and it arrived 2 mins later. Room - was amazing , so clean and airy and the balcony and view was spectacular. Sitting room was huge and the bathroom was lovely too. The shower was amzing and it had a waterfall feature. I will miss this in my shower at home. Bedroom was lovely too and had loads of space. Cleanliness - I haven't stayed in a hotel that was this clean before. There was about 10 cleaners every morning cleaning the reception and where the pool area was and cleaning windows every morning. Price of drinks- in the terrace bar is the cheapest that I have seen throughout our holidays. Breakfast - Was class and there was so much choice. There was cold and warm choices , too much to choose from was the only negative . I didnt know what to choose. Pool area- NOT HEATED Is a lot bigger than the picture. Advice would be to put towels down early in the morning as no one will move them at all and there there for the day then even if you have been gone for hours. Indoor pool - was extremley warm and it was a lovely change to the outdoor pool. There is a lifeguard on duty from 10am and you can get new towels from them every few days. Hotel entertainment - Kids disco in the hotel every evening and then there is entertainment for the adults at 9 in the pool bar. There was also family friendly entertainment such as a magician and some dancers in the lobby after the kids disco. I would def recommend this hotel for everyone. The bad reviews are crazy !!!!! Nice hotel but with potential to improve

Depending on the room, you have a nice sea view, but there are downsides to the hotel.The buffet will satisfy your hunger, but the food is rather dull and the pool area, although it is nice, is quite small.

Family hotel near the beach of Can Pastilla Palma de Mallorca and close to the airport and next to the Hotel Amic Gala with which it shares facilities and services. Ideal for a beach holiday , but also has pool at the hotel. The perfect location allows to know the places and the people of Can Pastilla , terraces, restaurants , shopping centers, Aquarium, karts and water parks within walking distance , the same as one of the best schools in Surf and Paddle surf of the island. Preferred rooms are definitely the ocean view and therefore I recommend them when you ask us rooms. It has a large terrace with sunbeds and solarium to relax . The free wifi in public areas and if you want more service hired a wifi travel ( professional service that allows you to stay connected across mallorca with one device for only 35 euros a week). Our customers appreciate especially the location and quality price ratio .

All were very positive about the hotel: very friendly staff, good location in a relatively quiet area between Arenal and Palma. 50m from the beach and near the small village of Ca'n Pastilla that still has local atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. Simple, but really, you don't need more. Good beds! Most of our group are +190 cm, +90kg and slept very well. Surprisingly extensive breakfast buffet: fresh fruits, egg station, pastries, variety of bread and rolls.

Reviewed By 944chariswMy friend and I had an absolutely fantastic time here. It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location by the sea. There are beaches just a few minutes walk away. The drive from/to the airport is only 10 minutes. The room was beautiful and very clean, with very comfortable beds. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Faultless service and wonderful stay

My daughter fell sick whilst at our stay and was taken to hospital, this was a scary experience for us considering it was our first time abroad with her and visiting a hospital that we were not familiar with including a language barrier. However the support and help we received from all staff on duty at the hotel at the time was phenomenal and they could not help us more if they tried. The service we received from start to finish was faultless and I just wanted to personally thank you for this and making a scary experience better. I also wanted to say that the staff throughout the whole hotel were wonderful, the staff in the restaurant and pool area and patio area on the evening were all very helpful and efficient. The food is great and very fresh, the pool area and rooms are spotless. We will be recommending the hotel to family and friends and will also look to return ourselves.
