Great hotel with fantastic views
Reviewed By Happy_Hols777We've just come back from THB Cala Lliteras and were thoroughly impressed with the hotel. A special shout out goes to Gemma and Tanya on reception who were both so welcoming and friendly and a credit to the hotel, although all staff we encountered were very pleasant and smiley. The hotel is spotless throughout and the bedrooms are a decent size with plenty of hanging space - even having UK TV channels. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea-facing room which had the most spectacular view across the inlet. I also thought that the rooms were well soundproofed because I didn't hear a peep from the neighbours! I've read in previous reviews that there are lots of middle aged Germans in the hotel. We thought there was a complete mix of ages holidaying there and a mix of nationalities too - although does it really matter anyway? We were there for 4 days and in that time we were very impressed with the buffet spread. Whilst the salad and fruit was the same each day, the rest of it changed daily and it was really tasty too. We ate different food every day and were very impressed with the taste, choice and quality. Even our vegan friends said there was ample choice for them too. On our last day we were being picked up at 6.30am which was 1.5 hours before the breakfast opened. However, they opened at 6am for us and we had a choice of anything that wasn't heated - even being able to wrap food up in foil to be eaten later. We thought that was a really nice touch because in other hotels, generally speaking, if you leave before breakfast, you don't get any! Cala Ratjada has lots of shops, bars and restaurants, a pretty port and picturesque beaches (of note Cala Gat) all within a 15-20 min walk from the hotel. As we were all-inclusive I can't comment on the local food but there are plenty of nice bars, particularly around the harbour area, that are worth venturing into. One thing we did notice was that there wasn't any day or night activities or entertainment. I don't know if this was because we were there slightly out of season, but regardless, this didn't bother us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone (of any age) who's looking for a great value hotel in a beautiful location and which is a stone's throw from the town centre.

Staff cannot do enough for you they are the best in every department . breakfast, well our favourite was “ Latrice “ “always had a warm welcome At the pool the staff are so so good and again friendly “ Paco , Aurora, Maria , Mika to name a few were the best , they just keep coming over smiling, chatting making sure you are ok , they are the best there is , Thank you Aurora!! These staff make this hotel the best hotel in Cala Ratjada - The entertainment crew - We enjoyed it every night .. there is for kids first and then adults - Mika the entertainment manager is the best so friendly ! Dinner - it just depends on what you like - all food was amazing our favourite was Italian night and Mexican but the quality of the food it’s top quality no faults , there is such a range for all types . Breakfast is just outstanding everything you want to eat is there we loved it . Great coffee also Victor the manager was very friendly, whatever you needed he helped and went out of his way say hello! Thanks to Victor he made sure you had a great time ! Rooms are so good , great air con , so so clean the staff insure rooms are keep immaculate! The resort is mostly German and caters for this but we loved it no issues and lots of nice mountain walks to lovely Beaches , horse riding , restaurants etc really enjoyed the resort . Great hotel well well recommend. Only down side you leave a couple stone heavier lol Will be back !

5 night stay at this relaxing clean hotel.
Reviewed By ForwardrolleyerollHad a wonderful 5 night stay here in May 22 as a trio of 3 women. We were allocated a ground floor room:- our patio doors opened on to the pool area which was well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and we also used the day beds which have canopies over to get a little shade from the sun. The pool was pretty cold but very refreshing. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We were given fresh towels daily. Our room was a spacious enough junior suite for the 3 of us with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed, the bathroom and shower were a generous size. We had a few occasions where our room key stopped working but a quick trip to reception and a new card was issued within a few minutes. None of us struggled to find something to eat at mealtimes with a good selection of meat fish salad and pasta. All food was fresh and warm, if you want it piping hot there's a microwave to use. Drinks were plentiful although there may be a 5 minute wait at times of the day where one staff member is operating reception and the bar. The sweeter cava in the all inclusive package was lovely for a poolside drink and we recommend the pina coladas! There is no evening entertainment program, but you are a few minutes stroll from numerous bars, we particularly liked Nube bar which had delicious cocktails at a great price. The nearest beach at Son Moll is beautiful with soft pale sand, yes it can get busy but there's a lovely atmosphere there. There are lifeguards on duty ensuring safe areas for swimming as the waves can get pretty rough. The sunbeds here were €8.50 per day but we felt this was worth it for a full beach day. The town is geared towards German tourists but everybody was friendly towards the few Brits dotted around. The coach transfer from the airport took just over 2 hours. We would all gladly go back as we had a very relaxing chilled out break which is exactly what we were after.

Reviewed By valeriu76We stayed for 13 nights at S'Entrador hotel on Full Board basis, 3 adults and 2 children (14 and 8 yo). Overall, very pleased with our holidays. More details below divided among 'good', 'bad' and 'ugly': GOOD: - Staff: all staff, from room cleaning ladies, bar and restaurant waiters, reception staff to Jens, the Director, were welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Colau, the Deputy Director, for sorting out our room issue promptly. We were offered two adjacent rooms but when we entered we were shocked by the smell of sewerage. Colau promptly offered to change the rooms and, in the meantime, upgraded one of them to a room with terrace. - location: the hotel is the closest to Agulla beach and on the edge of a pine forest - rooms: small but clean and modern. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis if you are not in the room when the cleaning ladies pass. - food: varied, tasty and lots of healthy options. Show cooking 3 times a day. Fresh fish and meat options for grill offered at lunch and dinner. Vegan and vegetarian options, salad bar and fresh seasonal fruits. - Nice sauna and fully-equipped gym although steam room operated for 3 days only during our stay. Tiny indoor pool. 6 tennis courts and a kids spa. - Quiet and relaxed stay. Not much entertainment, but better for us. No loud music or rowdy teenagers. Hotel occupants were primarily families with children and older couples. BAD: - Very little information on the hotel website which is surprising for a 4* hotel. Mostly photos and irrelevant info. - One needs to pay for certain items, which you find out at the hotel only. Tennis courts can be rented at EUR 17.50 per hour which is onerous. Spa is available to 16yo +. You need to pay to rent the room safe (ridiculous, in my view). UGLY: - The worst thing and the reason why I cannot rate this hotel as a 5 star review is that one needs to pay for water. I am ok to pay for beer, wine or cocktails, but water??? A 0.5L bottle of still water costs EUR 2.30 in the restaurant, while 1.5L bottle costs 50 cents in supermarkets. Many hotel residents are compelled to purchase packs of water bottles and carry them to their room, which should not happen in a 4-star hotel. My advice to management: round up or add some EUR 5 per room/night, but provide drinking water to customers. Other suggestions if you stay in Cala Ratjada: we truly enjoyed visiting Capdepera fortress, Arta churches and market and the Caves of Arta. The beaches nearby, like Mesquida, Canyamel, Font de Sa Cala and Gat are worth visiting. We also climbed to the St Jaumel Tower which offers incredible views.

The service of the staff was very attentive at all times; Spacious and clean rooms; Free service to do some activities in the hotel such as mini golf and table tennis; The buffet was quite good, there was a lot of variety to choose from; There is enough place to park around; Excellent location, five minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate location. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s facilities, staff and location are excellent.

Not a Five star hotel
Reviewed By Adrian_navarro64This hotel is out dated and understaffed. Also there was mold growing on the walls in the SPA. Asked for an iron and they didn’t have anyone to even bring it up. Also paid for a 53€ massage that was for like a 30€ massage. Would not recommend wasting your money or time here. I will say the out door areas are pretty but mostly everything is dirty. I expected better for a five star hotel.

Reviewed By Volle1We had a very good stay at Suneo Green Garden in Ratjada. We had a week off and chose for an all-in formula. The location is good. The apartments were clean and nice. The food was delicious with quite a lot of variation. The swimming pool is inviting and we hired big towels for a week so that we were at ease. Finally we say congrats for the staff who were quite friendly and did everything so that we had a comfortable stay in their hotel.
