Great place for an overnight stop on a road trip
Reviewed By 107laceymThe hotel location is convenient and the parking is ample. The front desk staff were courteous and professional at check-in and check-out. The associate on duty when I checked in Saturday evening after a long day on the road was particularly helpful and welcoming, with a positive and cheerful attitude that took a little of the road-weariness off. My room was sparkling clean and all the furnishing were comfortable. The wi-fi worked fine and there were plenty of plugs and USB ports for electronics. The breakfast layout was excellent and the coffee was just right to get me going on the road home. All in all a good choice for a night's rest on the road.

Reviewed By 693charlenecAfter having driven over 800 miles that day I stopped and got a room. I parked my vehicle with handicap plates in front of the handicap room and went inside to get a room. When I ask for the handicap room the clerk felt the need to question me about my need for this room and decided that I didn’t need it. I’d like to point out that her doing this was a violation of the ADA which is a federal law but I was very tired and accepted the other room. I dozed off for a few minutes then got undressed and went to use the restroom and shower for bed. This was when I discovered there was NO TOILET PAPER in the room. NONE OF ANY KIND. I went to use the phone to call the front desk but of course it didn’t work so I looked up the number and called on my cell. When I told her there was no paper in the room and asked her to bring me some, she refused and told me if I wanted some I would have to come get it myself. I told her that I was undressed and needed her to bring to my room that she couldn’t expect me to stay in a room without paper. I was wrong, not only did she expect it but it happened. Had I not had wet wipes in my purse, well let’s just say it wouldn’t have been nice. When I got my receipt the next morning I complained to which she replied that she just wasn’t BRAVE enough to leave the lobby after dark. I guess if it’s in an area so dangerous that the employees are afraid to go out after dark then I can’t recommend it for customers. Here is a picture of the handicap room that I was denied. As you can see, it was available and unused the following morning. Wonder if it had toilet paper. One more thing, when I was checking in I attempted to give the clerk my Choice number for check in but she wouldn’t take it, said she had already given me the discount. DOUBLE LIE. The issues I had with the room I stayed in (207) is reflection on them as the front line. Upon entering the room I noticed a water bottle between the bed and nightstand, I can only assume it was from the previous guest. While wiping down contact surfaces, my towelettes revealed these surfaces are not wiped on a regular basis. The bathroom sink took an unusually long time to drain, which led me to believe it was partially blocked. The tub drain stopper was missing, and the faucet trim kit was broken and barely hanging on; the screws were no longer supporting it. The bathroom exhaust fan never worked; the dust, hair, and debris accumulated in the corners and under the counter is a reflection of the lack pride housekeeping and maintenance take in doing their job. The breakfast area was clean, but the food prepared lacked that hometown love, and the attendant appeared to not want to be there. Please remove the wrinkled apples from the basket. They were there both mornings I visited the breakfast area. On my frequent visits to this area, I have stayed at this Comfort Inn many times and have never had an experience like this one.

We are close to the Blytheville Industrial Park and the Arkansas Aeroplex Sports Complex. We have an outdoor (seasonal) pool and rooms with wheelchair accessible bathrooms. We offer the FULL HOT DAYBREAK Breakfast, with both freshly cooked hot items, such as sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, to the quick grab and go items, such as fruit and yogurt. We have a great staff who are happy to make sure that your accommodations meet your every expectation.

It's not the Taj Mahal but the beds were comfy and we needed sleep!
Reviewed By RodachsWe were on a weekend run to NOLA for a wedding, we needed a few hours sleep and this place did the trick. The price was reasonable for our needs. The night clerk was friendly, the bed was comfy we caught about 6 hours of sleep, showered and hit the road. The coffee was surprisingly better than most hotels. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but we are not breakfast people really.

Reviewed By michaelsJ7103RDMotel was remotely clean but old. Crunchy carpet and a very old mattress. Sheets were clean front window shade was not wide enough to cover the window. Pillows seemed clean. When I got up in the morning I discovered there was no soap. I won’t be back again.

Shown another non smoking room and this had been smoked in VERY heavily - goodness knows how housekeeping did not notice it. Offered another room but decided to get a refund and leave. There is a reason why these motels are cheap!! so thankful we finally came to our senses and moved on.
