Great place to Stay
Reviewed By bucklongMy husband I were in Big Lake to turkey hunt nearby. This motel is great. It was clean, beds were very good. And we loved the convenience of parking right in front of our room since we had a lot gear to bring into the room at night. And it was quiet...no highway noise at all. If we return to Big Lake for turkey season next year, we will definitely stay there.

Reviewed By jdethlefsen2I was very suprised about the price for 1 night in this hotel ( $ 128.00) for this ;ittle and NOT clean city! Start as I was checked in: Room key was NOT working on the outside door and room Room was OK but for this price range I was expecting much more!!!! Breakfast was the cheapest Item in this hotel , " Omelett item was cold and burnt, the breakfast bacon was a joke at all.....totally burned , I had the idea this was the rest from the day before I had to ask the front desk woman ( Black , she was more interested to text on her Ipot) why the coffee is cold As a business traveler I never had this kind of breakfast ( Diamond member of Choice hotels and Wyndham!!!!!) I am a professional restaurant expert ( Chef and Waiter, included Restaurant manager) must say, that this management failed the whole time to trained the right employees for this job!!!!! I am will except any comment and response from the Franchise of this hotel!!!!!!! CHEF Uwe

Absolutely trash
Reviewed By oscargE4316AOBeen staying here for three months now, only because it’s the only hotel in town for a cheaper price than $100, but they absolutely suck. I’ll come to the room some nights to not being able to open my door because “the lock is frozen. Cats are every where, I was put in a room where the hinges were broken off of the door. I also recently found out they just tuck the bed sheets in and make it look new but I was given the same room in two reservations and found the same ketchup stain in the sheets that I had left the day before, they don’t clean anything. Do yourself a favor and never stay here.

Very friendly staff & clean
Reviewed By Justin CI slept great! The bed was comfy with nice new appearing linen. The room was very very clean. The staff was wonderful. Great location right off the main highway with a few decent local restaurants nearby. I will stay here again!

At our Hotel in Big Lake, we offer our newest & finest facility. Complete with a full recreation center & gym, the facility has amenities not typically found in the oil field. We try to provide the most comfortable & convenient location when you are forced to be away from home. Each room is furnished with everything you could want! Of course, we can't forget our amazing customer service!
Theft Is An Issue
Reviewed By eve9979My son and his friend stayed here for about a month and then left with their company for West Virginia. I had several packages shipped to them so that they could cook in their suite instead of eating out every night. Several packages did not arrive before they had to leave and they told the front desk to just mark the packages as Return To Sender. The packages are still sitting in their storage room waiting for my son to come pick them up. We have never had these kinds of issues with any other hotel. $100's of dollars lost because they won't mark the packages Return To Sender and take to post office.

Great place for our Workers
Reviewed By Beki DWe needed a couple of rooms for several nights for our employees to stay for work. The receptionist was very polite and assisted in making reservations at the last minute. The employees said it was one of the bast places they have stayed and asked for me to please make reservations for them here when they return for jobs in this area.

Reviewed By Miguel9090Nice and cozy rooms. The best part was daily housing keeping with fresh towels and clean bed sheets. The house keeping guys was were also fun to talk to. Great prices for room. Will highly recommend this place.

Reviewed By Kimberly CIt's under renovation so... and all the traveling workers have no respect for the grounds outside, that's the reason for no 5 but the service by Sam at the front is GREAT!! Wonderful people person and down to earth guy. He's always friendly, accommodating, and has a smile on his face.
