Reviewed By aegil17Stayed for 2 nights for our road trip to Bicol. Location: along the highway, near restaurants, fast foods, and such. Their parking space is across the street from the hotel, but you can park along the front of the hotel at your own risk. Reservation was a breeze, we were not even asked to settle for a payment/fee even if it was a peak season. Front desk was very accommodating. Staffs are nice and approachable. Room: basic but clean. Complete with toiletries, bottled water was provided. Deluxe Room has no fridge, no view. AC was working great, strong water in the bathroom, hot water was okay. We had an issue on the bathroom door knob, but was attended and repaired immediately. On the side note, maybe they can make the room more sound proof. We can hear the noise from the corridor and the other rooms inside our room. Breakfast buffet was included. They offer good variety of foods. The dining area was quite crowded during our stay, but they do strictly implement the wearing of face mask, social distancing not so much. Pool area was nice, clean. And they also provide towels in the pool area.

Reviewed By Howard WWe only stayed for a night, which felt like a shame, it was an idyllic spot with beautiful sunsets and a nice vibe to the resort. Our holiday was very action packed, with a lot of travel and activities and this was the first place we felt relaxed. Great location for the whale shark diving and a peaceful place to chill afterwards. Restaurant was good and staff friendly, allowing us to check out late (and thus shower after the whale shark swimming).

The hospitality and guest services of Hotel Sentro is simply just 5-star quality. The staff easily makes you feel at home and will always ask you how you would like to have your breakfast (either in your room or a their cafe). Both checking in and checking out was a breeze. If you want to explore Mayon Volcano and the rest of Legazpi City, they can arrange personal tours for you The rooms are super clean, well maintained and everything just smells fresh. The beds are comfy and I slept well throughout the night. The room rates are very much affordable when you take into account the services you get in return. Hotel Sentro’s location is another plus factor. Malls and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. I will definitely stay in this hotel again should I visit Legazpi in the near future.

My experience at The Marison
Reviewed By yeenmmmThe rooms and common areas were clean and well-kept but they asked us for a ‘surprise’ security deposit upon check-in. It was not on the property’s message or general guidelines for checking in — for travelers who are on a budget so it’s a bit off really cause the deposit is ₱ 3,000. I prolly won’t check-in again!
