Reviewed By TimothyL701Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a private balcony and beautiful setting. You can tell a lot of work went into making this a nice retreat for those visiting the area. We were there for a family reunion and they have a number of meeting rooms that can be opened for one very large space for larger gatherings.

Reviewed By Tim BLocation was perfect Staff friendly and attentive Hotel well maintained on outside and common areas. Room was outdated and needed upgrades. Tv too small, chair uncomfortable and worn, toilet seat worn and painted over (needs replaced), shower re-caulked but different colors….mostly little things, but a little TLC makes difference from a 5.0 rating to a 4.0 rating in a compatible market area!

Very spacious rooms Very clean — I watched how much detail that gave to cleaning the room which gives great confidence as we come to end of Covid. Great staff Love sitting on large porch. We stayed in the Hope Suite. It was well equipped and met our expectations. We will definitely recommend to others and plan on returning.

Room was dirty, but management made good
Reviewed By Gavin BI live west of Cleveland, so I booked a night in a pet-friendly room here. Went through Booking.com. After a long day, went to check in at 3:30 pm, went down to the room, and as I walk in, there was dog hair and dirt on the floor. I walked further in, and more dirt on the floor. Went back to the check-in desk, told Jennifer, the person on duty. She went down with me, and was very surprised herself. She offered me another room, but I declined. As much as I was disappointed (this was my first stay here), management made good with me by refunding my $$ back, which was very kind of them. BTW - on Booking.com's website, it states the pet-friendly rooms are "carpeted", which is what attracted me to stay here. But they had vinyl planks instead (which is completely understandable, for pet messes and such). I may try staying there again, only because Jennifer and the manager were so very kind and understanding. Granted, this can happen at ANY hotel/motel. It was just disappointing after a long day. But thank you, Jennifer!

Reviewed By 943jonathonbMy wife and I spent a week here it was a great time our host Leona was great she made the best homemade biscuits and gravy. I complemented her on the homemade biscuits and later that night she brought me to my room a plate of homemade biscuits and warm honey and the recipe, she made you feel at home, she is a hard worker and pleasant to talk with. We chose here over Gatlinburg twice. The hotel is on the outskirts of town and is very quiet. So quite you can hear the horse and buggy going up the road and the horse's feet clopping on the road. It is very relaxing. The town has Amish stores and Antique stores. When you visit here check out the Amish theater in Millersburg. It's a great comedy show very similar to Hee Hall. We drove about 4 hours to get here.

Even though the parking lot was packed the first night of our stay; everything was very quiet. Walking distance to shopping etc in town. Breakfast was good. Big variety compared to other similar motels. Will definitely return!

Reviewed By Amynae1971My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Donna’s and we try to go back every year for our anniversary. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. We always stay in Villa 1. It’s close to town but feels secluded. It is so romantic with its heart shaped jacuzzi and loft bedroom. It’s always so clean and smells so good. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and delivered right to your door. We always add on the meat and cheese platter and it’s out of this world. My husband could literally drink the mustard dipping sauce. If you are looking for a romantic get away and time to reconnect with each other then you can’t go wrong with Donna’s!
