Excellent hotel
Reviewed By Bevlar1999999This is a great hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. It was a short walk to the main town squares. Near to the station but well sound proofed. Parking is in the Europeen underground facility and there is a charge for this but it’s very convenient and has an entrance straight into the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Communal areas are spacious and have a boutique feel. Breakfast is recommended. We would certainly visit again. It was the perfect base for our trip.

Lovely stop over
Reviewed By WarmlyAndCoStayed at this hotel twice, first we arrived from Calais and last day we returned to Calais. The hotel was clean, follow the IHG covid guidelines. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had amazing choices, croissants, breads, cereals..etc Please note bring your own stuff if you are food intolerance. They don't cater those at the moment. Air-conditioning didn't seem working on our 2nd stay...With temp of 30c, sleeping comfortably had been impossible hence the score. Also train noise from window also effect sleep when is open. Arras has amazing architecture buildings on the square. Overall I will recommend the hotel as the service was brilliant as staff try to help her cooling down even loan up their office fan...

Though they do not have a large kitchen to cook lunch or dinner, however they do provide catering services. Their bar corner serves pizza and beverages. For travellers this is a good place as the location is good accessible to restaurants, supermarket and walking distance to the plaza.

Charming guest house in the heart of the city of Arras close to the TGV station Lille-Paris and Arras places. Mansion entirely renovated. 5 Bedrooms, up to 12 people. You also have access to two lounges and a dining room for breakfast. Hot and cold drinks are available in the lounge and in your room. All rooms are equipped with bathrobes and slippers, complimentary toiletries, WIFI, TV and hospitality tray. Garden open access. From home, easy walking distance to the city center and many restaurants. Places of leisure and sporting activities are nearby. We can put bikes available on request.
A lovely guesthouse
Reviewed By martinaY3680OCA very welcoming old house of typical northern France architecture. Isabelle is very hospitable and we had a lovely spacious room overlooking the garden at the rear. We had a comfortable, large bed and slept very well. Breakfast was a tremendous spread of bread, croissants, cheese jam and other things. Specially good was the fresh orange juice. The pity was we could only stay one night.

Reviewed By g4shfStandard B&B hotel in a great location. This was our fourth visit and we are booked again for our return journey Staff friendly and helpful. It's just across the road from the Auchan and Flunch, or if you walk the other way there's a Leon and McD. Fuel station across the road too.

The railway station is 10 min away on foot. The Convention Centre is 1 km away. It has 63 rooms and a bar, a snack service and Wifi Internet access. A restaurant is near the hotel, as well as public pay parking.

Reviewed By 970robA poor quality hotel right in the centre of Arras, with room decor and fittings now looking very tired. The hotel is adjacent to the Grand Place in Arras, a large public square full of Bars and Restaurants, and much favoured by the local youngsters to meet up and have fun. Parking is provided in the car park under the square, around 12 Euros per night. The biggest problem I had was with the noise generated by the drunken folk leaving the square, with shouting and screaming going on right up until 7am the next morning. The noise within the bedrooms could have been much reduced by fitting up to date acoustic windows with secondary glazing, but Ibis have not seen fit to install such measures. I did request a change of room as it was obvious that the hotel was not full, but was told it was "not possible", so beware.! Breakfast was acceptable, with a range of cold food, and boiled eggs. There are better quality hotels on the outskirts of the town, I will not be going back to the Ibis.

Reviewed By 773bethanwLovely clean hotel. Helpful staff and a general calm, relaxing feeling to the place. Breakfast was a continental buffet and plenty of it. The room had an en-suite shower and hand basin and a separate toilet. It also had tv (English tv available at no extra cost), microwave, kettle, small fridge. Really comfortable nights sleep thanks to the very quiet air con on a very hot night! Ideal if you want an overnight stop on your way from UK as it is roughly an hour from Calais. There is an outside and underground carpark which is an extra €9 but you don’t not need to precook this. Would certainly recommend and will also use again on future trips to France.

Reviewed By solomona59The hotel was 'ok' at best - it is absolutely NOT a 4* hotel. The room was poor too. The restaurant was grossly overpriced and definitely not value for money. We had the chef's speciality and it was left to a trainee to serve it - my fish was served full of bones. The restaurant manager was there but refused to participate. Never going back there again.

Super situation à côté de la grande place, l'appartement est très agréable et confortable. Quant aux petits déjeuners panier laissés de bon matin discrètement dans un placard sur le palier, exquis avec de bons produits locaux. La ville d'Arras est magnifique: beaucoup de choses à découvrir ainsi que dans les environs.

Reviewed By 859hansjThis place is very convenient loocated in arras. On the square you can park the car, and you are at walking distance of the magnificent old town. Friendly and accommodating service. Good, clean and spacious room! The wifi is a bit weak!
