Reviewed By joz288Hotel is very old. The lighting in the room is terrible. Can not use the internet in your room, have to go to the lobby. The front dest was not very friendly. I told them I was a gold Hilton honors member but they wouldn’t even take my number. Would not stay here again.

Additionally, we are located 1/2 mile from the Ford Ice Center, 10 miles from the Honky Tonks on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, 15 miles from Opry Mills and Gaylord Opryland, and only seven miles from Nashville International Airport. Speaking of downtown Nashville, you wouldn't want to miss the Ryman Auditorium, the fabulous Country Music Hall of Fame, the world famous Wildhorse Saloon, Printers Alley, the new Johnny Cash Museum and George Jones Museum. Weekends always seem to be jam-packed with sporting events and concerts which are only minutes from the hotel. The Tennessee Titans are back at Nissan Stadium while The Nashville Predators are heating up the ice at Bridgestone Arena.

Reviewed By Kelli5319I really enjoyed my stay. Check-in & check-out was very easy. When I arrived, my key was waiting for me. Kenneth was very kind & helpful. My room was nice & the bed was really comfortable. I definitely didn't expect it to snow, but the room was cozy. They had a decent breakfast selection. The only downside to my stay was while I was resting, I could hear everything going on in the parking lot, a car revving up its engine, shovel breaking up ice (it was really icy near the entrance) & people laughing & talking. Next time I'll request a room that is not on the parking lot side.

Everything you want to avoid in a hotel
Reviewed By MNMNtravelerStayed here because it was late and I was tired after driving 800+ miles. Location is on a short dead end road shared only with the next door neighbor, a pool hall/bar. Lobby was filthy, desk jockey was straight from a SNL bit. "No smoking, no parties, no pets," was his mantra shouted loudly to each guest at check in. The carpet in the lobby and stairs was filthy. Room was acceptably clean, but it sounded like the windows were open -- they were not. The fact that 50 or so cars had been vandalized the night before was a little concerning, especially as I heard from the desk jockey while waiting in line that the hotel refused to add security, relying only on the local police to patrol. For anyone naïve enough to still think that hotel chains monitor or control quality in their affiliates, I suggest you revisit your beliefs. Each property is only as good as its owner chooses to make it. As for this place, put it on your no fly list.

Reviewed By K4844VMmichelegToday when I checked out I checked out at 11:05 check out time was 11 when I went back to get something that I left in the room the owners and housekeeping had discarded it and threw it in the trash I have spent over $1,000 at this hotel only to be told that next time when I come I have to put $100 deposit and I hadn't done anything wrong in the room never destroyed the room never trashed the room but this owner illegally wants me to pay $100 next time I visit his hotel if I were you I would steer clear of this place the owners are very racist they don't like minorities and they are highly crooked

Reviewed By thart128486Cancelled my booking as soon as I stepped into the room. There was numerous stains on the bedding, water and two bugs on floor in the bathroom, the chair was broken and lopsided along with a horrible musky odor as soon as you walked into the room. When I went to the counter the man told me someone else was already staying in that room so it shouldn’t have been assigned to us. (But no luggage was in there and the bed was made) The pictures online need to be updated to what the hotel actually looks like, definitely false advertisement. The only thing this hotel had going for them was the nice guy at the counter.

Maybe bad area, stains on bed and it was broke down
Reviewed By pylestoneI am not sure if this is a good area or not but when we got there there were like 10 cops at the gas station and a helicopter in the air. The maintenance man was using a sawzall to open a door around 10pm. When we got to the room I sat on the bed and it was extremely broke down, I pulled the mattress cover back and I found stain on the mattress and hair. We went back to the desk show him pictures and requested our money back which he did with no problem

Reviewed By Tally269This place was awful. Booked in advance, specifically requesting ground floor since we are Sr. Got the last ground floor room. The door would not unlock (key pad needed batteries) so when we left for dinner and returned desk clerk had to let us in. King size bed had 3 very small pillows and 2 bath towels. Requested additional which took 2 hours to get. Shower head was stripped so all water pressure was lost on the ceiling. Room door - painted was very dirty.
