Reviewed By Geminican* I felt being treated differently compared to other guests. The hotel staff greeted other guests with fast check-in, professionalism, and warm welcome. I had to ask. Nor they welcomed me to their hotel like they welcome others to this hotel. * The telephone’s instruction sheet felt off, needs to be attached. That makes the phone looks old, dirty, and gross., but it works. * Weak water stream in bathroom room faucet, nor you can adjust the strength. * No office chair in the room, they explained it doesn’t come for a double bedroom and they said there isn’t any. And asked me to go downstairs to business center to use it or the restaurant. Saying having office chair is to prevent fire hazard which doesn't seem to make sense. * There isn’t any desk lamp or lights in front of the bed near the window, where the table is located, which felt too dark. * The main street next to the hotel is noisy at night, throughout the night, traffic and vehicles are noisy are very loud. * Noises from machines running and outside noises started at 5am. * The service quality was inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes average. The room was clean, breakfast was fine. I will not recommend this hotel because all these reasons above. There is a Hampton Inn next door, further away from the main street, and there are also other hotels nearby which can possibly provide a better experience.

Reviewed By c2coolA beautiful hotel that exceeded our expectations. Check in online was easy, the front desk people were very very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was exceedingly good and Gerrie was friendly and very efficient. She kept food stocked- both hot and cold while maintaining a wonderfully clean buffet area and dining room. Rooms were spacious the bed was very comfortable. Such a treat!

Reviewed By Jennifer BIt’s a little travel motel and we were just passing through and needed a place to sleep. The owner/night clerk was nice enough. The room smelled like bleach when we walked in, which is a good sign to me. But the floors were dirty. They are some sort of laminate wood and felt like they hadn’t been swept in quite a while. My feet got dirty from the shower to the bed. There was dirt on the walls that I hope to God was some kind of chocolate. The bathroom is tiny, and it has the smallest shower I’ve ever been in, but the shower head had good pressure and the water got hot so that’s a plus. There is NO HAIR DRYER. I haven’t been in a hotel in years without a hair dryer. The bed was comfortable enough but I turned the air on as low as it would go and it still never felt like it cooled out even though it was definitely blowing cool air. The windows were blocked from opening more than a couple of inches, which I’m not sure isn’t a fire hazard but it is what it is. It was ok for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay again. The dirty floors are too much for me.

Reviewed By maureenmontgomery67We stayed for one night with a standard king room. $189! The lobby was not very appealing, but I had already booked online. Room was clean but there were holes in the very thin towels. The trim under the bathtub was gone. Our room was on first floor and was right next to the Burger King drive thru, so we weren’t able to open our curtains. Very noisy highway noise. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. I would not stay here again.
