Could be great but too many negatives
Reviewed By VickiemetThere’s lots of positives with this hotel however there was also lots of negatives. First of all, it was definitely made for Instagram. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was really good and the cocktails were amazing (had the best pina colada ever!). The pool area/beds was lovely, not too busy but plenty people about. There did however seem to be loads of staff but the service was really bad. The waiters were bringing drinks out all the time but had no clue where they were for, so spent most of their time wandering around or taking them back to the bar. We waited nearly an hour for a jug of sangria, despite asking several times. The bills were always wrong and needed to be changed (I think that’s why there’s a question mark on the box you get the bill in as you never know what you’re going to be charged for!). We were staying in the Suite which luckily can’t be booked anymore (although it’s still on the website). It’s basically a dark area in the basement with no outside space/windows, the mini bar was empty despite saying it would be full, no straightners, toilet stunk, no shower gel, air con not working etc etc. Also on the website it states ‘you enter the hidden suite through mirrored wardrobes’ when in reality you are basically walking through the kitchen corridor! To sum up, the hotel could have been great if the issues with the staff/service were sorted. It seemed like no one was in charge of them and there was no organisation. Food/drinks were lovely though and hotel itself was great to look at.

Light and airy, large and comfortable, the apartments have an atmosphere that is inspired by the Mediterranean, as well as a friendly, family service. We love to make friends! There is free wifi. You will enjoy the swimming pool and the meals and breakfast from our restaurant.

Reviewed By Aaranpenno97We stayed in this hotel for two nights, between four of us the price was really good, especially for the amazing experience we had. The staff were all friendly, especially Juan! We loved speaking to him everyday, and he was so helpful, he would go above and beyond his job role to make sure we was happy and felt at home. He recommended the best places to go, he let us use his charger and even lend his speaker!! When it was raining he let us go into the Fleming club (below the reception) and we had such a good time! What a guy! Will definitely be coming back in future! Thanks guys!

The comfortable 34 bedrooms, recently renovated, are totally equipped for a great holiday. Elegantly decorated in neutral tones. Most of the bedrooms boast beautiful views of the sea, the port and the San Antonio fountains. Only 400m away from the beach, 700m from the Sunset Strip, where you can see the most beautiful sunset views in the world. Sa Clau is right in front of the taxi rank and only 5 minutes away from the bus station, and steps away from the main shopping area of San Antonio.

Reviewed By CraigW73Brilliant stay on Sa Clau. The hotel is right in the heart of San Antonio with all elements accessible. Hotel is super clean with great facilities on the room. A swimming pool would have been great but you do have the sea 100 yards away. Staff are helpful and on hand to help.

Reviewed By TJay48The staff are helpful and friendly and the restaurant downstairs has great food and value for money. However, it's very noisy, the binmen collect the industrial bins that are outside the apartments 3 times a day, usually 6am, afternoon and after 11pm and they are very loud. The mattress on all the beds are a very hard sponge so if you don't like hard mattresses you get a really bad back. It's very noisy at night as the doors slam ehind you and people are not thoughtful so we've had a lack of sleep all week. I didn't book this accommodation my friend did but I wouldn't stay here again.

Located in the center of San Antonio, next to the commercial and recreational area of the city but in a quiet area, a few minutes walk will go to the bus station, taxi stand, port, beaches as not to our promenade where enjoy our wonderful sunset. "Ideal for young people to want to enjoy the day and night as not the Ibiza sunset"

Reviewed By Ben MI stayed here on a ralaxing getaway with some of the blazing squad this summer, upon our arrival we found ourself having to check into a JCB hiring plant. After arguing with the door for 20 mins due to it not opening we finally got into our room. To be greeted with the pinkest bathroom it’s looked like Patrick from spongebob took a lump and dump over the walls. Our beds were spaced the same distance apart as the slaves were during the slave trade. However the room did make a excellent slip and slide when we flooded it with lynx shower gel And because of this we give it a solid 2/10

Reviewed By Baljinder BNot impressed with the staff. They were unhelpful and nonchalant. Didnt care about helping, we asked about late check out every day we arrived and were told to check the day if departure between 8-9 to be told no, which they probably could have said from the start. On the last day a jumper was left in the room after we vacated, when we enquired about checking for it again staff just nodded their heads and said they couldnt help as they cant speak to the cleaners, which just sounded like nonsense. Wouldn't recommend, save yourself the hassle and book a different apartment elsewhere.

Reviewed By lofringest108I came with very low expectations because of the price and other quite negative reviews. But I was very suprised. Reception in Red Hotel was very kind and the room was spacious, clean and more than I could imagine. A small, but fine, balcony that looks over the boulevard, cleaning every day and a luxerious bath room is all fair for this price.

Perfect for Ibiza
Reviewed By Lauraben144 of us stayed in 2 studio apartments. The apartments were spotless, great pressure on the showers, everything we could have wanted. There is a lovely swimming pool on site as well as a bar and restaurant with very reasonable prices. Free parking is available across the road. The location is a 10 minute drive from San Antonio Town and buses run from outside the hotel. 30 to 35 Euros from the airport and about the same to Playa D'en Bossa. It is on a quiet street, away from all the noise but just a few minutes walk away there are restaurants, supermarkets and bars. This little place is rated as a 1 star but is so much better than a 1 star - we were so pleased with our choice and will definitely stay there again. As other reviewers have said, the owner is lovely and will go out of his way to help with any situation. This is a decent place with an owner who is not trying to rip you off but is rather taking pride in offering you an excellent stay and fantastic value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough - staying here allowed us to splurge on some of the big clubs and places like Café Mambo as we saved so much by staying, eating and drinking here. Fabulous place!
