10 Top-Rated Condos in Perth, Greater Perth, Western Australia

May 1, 2023 Vergie Nakamoto

Perched on the banks of the wide Swan River, between the Indian Ocean and the sands of the Nullarbor Desert, Perth is one of the world's most isolated cities, yet still boasts an active beach scene and smokin’ nightlife. Family-friendly Cottesloe is brimming with swimmers, surfers and snorkelers. Head north to Scarborough for a spirited beachside club scene. Coo at cute marsupials on ferry-accessible Rottnest Island, and don’t miss the views from King's Park and Botanic Gardens.

Great place for clean and neat & tidy. Perfect located just out side the city , little noise with police & ambo but the hospital is just there. ( not a problem Tho) beautiful restaurant under the building. Car park is tight to drive into on both entrances, if ur in a 4 wheel drive.. U can’t actually pull into drive way or ours would have smashed the gate ( not enough space to pull in) So always had to get a child to get out and scan the card ! Very inconvenient if I was by my self with a newborn! * only negative is we had poo splatter under the main toilet seat. ( wasn’t from us ) but other than that MINT clean condition ! * the room Above must have tip water over the edge as we had bulk water fall Into our balcony ( like a water fall x2 times in our stay!!) rude I thought personally what if we were sitting out there at the time, ( however I did have photos and uploaded on booking. Com and it says my review wasn’t on there guide lines.. mmmm I always review and this is a first for me ) So here I am staying the truth on here instead .

Third time we've stayed here over 5 year period. First two times great, this time very average. Unit in bad condition, blinds falling apart, bedside lamps don't work, had to re-program tv channels after everytime it was turned off, had a powerboard connected to a lamp placed under a pillow in a bed, grubby carpet and the unit stunk. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Great Location

Reviewed By Rafflesia

Host Gary & Anne are warm, welcoming and showered us with amazing hospitality. Flowers in the room, welcome drink, chocolates and even offers of a brolly to shelter from the rain even as we made our way to various dining outlets. Could not ask for a room with a better location as most of the places we had reservations for were within 5 to 10 mins walk. A brilliant decision especially on a stormy winter's weekend. Folks who loves to experience a heritage style apartment, complete with wooden floors and with modern day conveniences as advertised will enjoy their stay. With a wifi was 6.2 down and 0.7 up Mbps, checking of emails and streaming of low resolution media is generally ok - Do expect lag for anything more demanding. Thankfully, the flat screen TV did have USB ports enabling one to use personal streaming players.(Its not a smart TV). The pressure of the shower was excellent with the hot and cold water feature working well. The his and her vanity sinks, well stocked with toiletries was also most appreciated. The occasional reverberations emanating from common piping together thin walls, which encourages gentel speech, serves as good reminder of this gracefully aging establishment. The mattress was ok, a little on the firm side due to being well loved. The doonas were welcome since heat from the single reverse cycle air-con located in the living room took a little while to warm both the living and bedroom. A great place to consider if location is a priority.

Big spacious rooms with great Kitchen facility

Reviewed By skbose

Stayed in this service apartment in 2015 with my wife for about 2 months. I had booked the 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen facility and 2 bath. Easily one of my best stays so far. The apartment is generally neat and clean. ~10-15 min of walk to the city center and close to the CBD. Many restaurants and grocery store(s) near by. Wifi was little weak but was promptly addressed. Typically the folks were very helpful even though the service could have been a bit better (although it would be premature to look for a 5 star service from a service apartment). The best part of the team was their flexibility with regards to the payment terms and willingness to bill every 10 days and agreeing to bill me on the first day of stay (rather than making the full upfront payment for the entire stay at the time of booking).

Enjoyed my stay, reviews are a little harsh on this place

Reviewed By Madison A

I booked this hotel thinking yeah look it’s not far from where I need to be and it’s cheap so that’s great. A few days before my stay I read the reviews and got a bit worried but I was still open minded. It was great, the staff were lovely, parking was a little difficult but there was lots of it. It was easily accessed all hours of the day, and even had some really cute vending machines. By no means is this a fancy hotel but if you’re just looking for something close to the city for a night or two it’s great. The rooms are such a amazing size for the price and they even have smart tvs in lounge?? The furniture has been updated (as some other reviews disagree), and honestly it was as spotless as could be. I’m a commercial cleaner myself and I can tell with minimal staff they’re really trying to make this a pleasant stay.Bed was comfy and warm, aircon ran well, elevators work and I had no noise complaints. My only negative is that you can tell it’s currently being used as a quarantine hotel by the trash waiting in the hallways and our neighbour had a bunch of cigarettes in their trash outside their door, aswell as the hallways are a little dirty but I can understand how hard it is to vacuum them 24/7. But overall my room was great and I really enjoyed my stay.
