Due to quarantine restrictions we had to cut our stay short, it should have been a 4 night stay and we could only stay for one night. We arrived early and could use the parking whilst we went for lunch. We explained our situation and there was no problem at all with reducing the stay (we were still due to pay) and Alma was so understanding and clearly felt very bad for us. She has such a passion for her guests which was very clear! We were able to get an evening flight home and again Alma was so accommodating and allowed us to stay in the apartment and use the pool etc, in her own words ‘enjoy the sun for as long as you can’ which made the whole situation a lot better. In the end we were charged for one night with no extra fees and some drinks thrown in. Incredible customer service and we can’t wait to come back! Lovely magnet to take home too!

Perfect stay
Reviewed By CameronangelWe stayed at House Novalia for 7 nights as we were going to Sonus Festival at Zcre beach. It was a really handy location for the festival as the bus stop was at the bottom of the road. The hotel had emailed us when we booked offering to pick us up from the airport which was really handy as it was an hour and a half away. We were checked in quickly and shown to our room on arrival. First impressions of the hotel were it was nice, modern and clean. The room was also modern and clean. Breakfast was open til 11 which we preferred as some hotels breakfast is far to early. The pool was nice, was never too busy and could always get a sunbed. It was a short walk to the beach and town. The owners and staff were lovely and always helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay. Overall we could not fault anything and would definitely recommend staying here!

Reviewed By Mactravel53This is an absolute gem of a family run apartment hotel which delivers at the highest level of excellence. The apartments are spacious and well kitted out providing everything you could wish for if you wish to self cater, (apart from the food for which you have to travel to the supermarket in Novalja some 11km / 15 minutes drive away.) But why bother, when the restaurant is open from 12 noon onwards for a la carte dishes etc and bbq 'under the bell' dishes which you have to order the day before. But all the dishes are delicious, great chef. Great local wine and draught beer, and a great range of ice creams too, all at great prices. The rooms, hotel and grounds are kept scrupulously clean by the lovely friendly staff and if you want for anything just ask, and they'll get it if they can. The sea is 10 metres away from the hotel and although a bit stony to get in it turns to sand within a few metres. There are however lots of urchins around on the rocks and the jetty so reef shoes are advised. The sea is beautifully clear and the swimming in the bay is just lovely, particularly first thing before breakfast...There is also a medium sized swimming pool which is fresh water and lovely and warm. Loungers are plentiful and beach towels provided free of charge or deposit. There is a safe provided in the room but it was portable as it had not been bolted down! Security just did not feel like an issue though so we were not bothered. It is situated in a remote little bay north of Novalja and is idyllic. If you want nightlife then Zrce beach euphoria is the other side of Novalja 15 minutes drive away, but there is nothing other than serenity at the hotel. Perfect. There are some things to do around and about; the olive farm in Lun, the Pag cheese factory in Korun, and Novalja itself with its underground aquaduct. Nothing spectacular but interesting if just chilling out is not your thing. We spent four nights here and were sad to leave, it is just so tranquil and relaxing and nothing is too much trouble. We just loved this hotel and love Croatia and the Croatians. For once I have not a thing adverse to say, not even a nit to pick...we just ❤️❤️❤️ed it. Just go there, I defy you not to love it like we did.

We have 7 apartments located in Pag. Apartments are well equipped with wi-fi, sat tv, air condition, free parking and everything else that You need for a pleasant vacations. Apartments are located in a quiet part of town witha a view of the city and the sea. Apartments are suitable for families with children, group of friends, couples and solo travellers. Visit us and have a great vavations.

Reviewed By madteo77The apartment is not very close to the sea but this is perhaps an advantage because it is more windy and scenic. The apartment is very basic and dated but very clean, the location allows to visit the island easily. What we really liked was the dinner: the owners, on request , were cooking the fish, for a reasonable price , and delivering directly to our apartment, fantastic! With a child of 21 months it was really comfortable to have such kind of service. Our baby fall in love for the fish and for Maria :).

Amazing apartment!!
Reviewed By Colette SCould not recommend this place any more!! Loved staying here. We had an unfortunate stay in a hostel and managed to book Villa Novak in the space of an afternoon. The guy who owns it (sorry can't remember your first name) could not have been any more accommodating. Felt really looked after and safe everything about the apartment was explained to us, he told us everywhere to go in Zcre beach even the times to go at. One of the best customer service I've ever received. The apartment itself is spotless, has everything you need, fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave. Air conditioning in all the rooms and the beds were massive and really comfy We had a wrap around balcony and were at the top so the view was amazing. 5 star review, 5 star apartment and 5 star service!! Highly recommend this especially to a group of girls you will be well looked after!!

When you travel to Croatia, make sure to bring money! And cook the food in the apartment, the restaurants around the area are very bad!

Apartments Tatjana: a lovely Pag summer house. Come and experience our lovely, comfortable apartments and our top service! Apartments are new, air conditioned, with sat TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. We are located in city of Pag, 50km away from Zadar Airport and our house is 80m away from the main city beach (Blue Flag) with aqua-toboggan, trampolines, several bars and restaurants. We provide parking in the yard to all our guests. We are 15min car drive from the best party place in the world, Zrce Beach. In the hot summer days you can enjoy our cold wine cellar, tasting prosciutto and famous Pag sheep cheese. Or you can barbecue in the yard! We are a family-friendly house and provide a lot of children amenities (beds, chairs, toys, comic books, games). Also, if you are interested in sports you can try one of 14 trekking/bike routes in Pag or windsurfing.

Very pleasant place to stay
Reviewed By Laura TPetros Apartments are a perfect location to stay in Pag - just 10' walking from the historical city center, they are in a peaceful area just few steps from the sea. The apartments are new or perfectly renovated, with a main bedroom (hosting up to 3 people) and a sofa bed in the living room- the terrace is the best side with an outdoor table and chairs, sun bed ... and a beautiful view on the Pad bay in front of the sunset. The welcome has been very warm by Irene, the woman leaving close by and introducing to the apartments - communication with Petros team has been very good and we got all detailed information to get here. We recommend this place for families - indeed very good!
