The system in place for COVID isolations was excellent, with groceries delivered promptly and rubbish attended to daily. Thank you all, look forward to another stay.

Reviewed By RusselM_13Great hotel and location. But they will not let us change our dates due to a NSW COVID19 lockdown. We do not wnat a refund. We just wanted to change dates. But now they will not allow any changes or any refunds. It is not worth the stress. All the other hotels on our tour have allowed us to change dates. There was no sympathy at all. I thoight hotels wanted out business.

Cockroaches everywhere
Reviewed By Laurinda VOverrun with cockroaches and mice, I live in the country and don’t complain about bugs when I stay places. But this was so overrun with cockroaches that my toddler was constantly picking them up and playing with them. As soon as we checked in and grabbed some dishes from the cupboard the cupboards were already filled with mouse poo everywhere. AVOID THIS PLACE. Can’t be bothered mentioning all the issues but it’s barely a 1 star motel.

Reviewed By Susan2821We absolutely loved our stay at St Catherines on Park the apartment was clean, modern and close to the Hospital which was the reason for our stay. My Mum had to stay by herself for a few nights and felt safe and comfortable at the apartment and to be walking to and from the Hospital by herself. We would highly recommend this accomodation!!!!

Reviewed By Aussie12345678987543Definitely has its downsides and isn't managed at the same standard as most places that are priced at the same expense, had dodgy internet all year, but has nice people, is close to the university, public transport and shopping centres. Many people move out of the village as they find it is overpriced for what is offered, but if you have some extra cash in your pockets it is a nice place to live.

Reviewed By Rusty_4356Third time we've stayed here over 5 year period. First two times great, this time very average. Unit in bad condition, blinds falling apart, bedside lamps don't work, had to re-program tv channels after everytime it was turned off, had a powerboard connected to a lamp placed under a pillow in a bed, grubby carpet and the unit stunk. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Inner City Apartments offers excellent location, is only about 1 kilometre from Perth CBD, with easy access to public transports. We are within the free bus transit zone and the free yellow CAT bus service is at our doorstep. It provides convenient access for you to discover all that Perth has to offer, perfect for both business and leisure travellers.

Reviewed By Madison AI booked this hotel thinking yeah look it’s not far from where I need to be and it’s cheap so that’s great. A few days before my stay I read the reviews and got a bit worried but I was still open minded. It was great, the staff were lovely, parking was a little difficult but there was lots of it. It was easily accessed all hours of the day, and even had some really cute vending machines. By no means is this a fancy hotel but if you’re just looking for something close to the city for a night or two it’s great. The rooms are such a amazing size for the price and they even have smart tvs in lounge?? The furniture has been updated (as some other reviews disagree), and honestly it was as spotless as could be. I’m a commercial cleaner myself and I can tell with minimal staff they’re really trying to make this a pleasant stay.Bed was comfy and warm, aircon ran well, elevators work and I had no noise complaints. My only negative is that you can tell it’s currently being used as a quarantine hotel by the trash waiting in the hallways and our neighbour had a bunch of cigarettes in their trash outside their door, aswell as the hallways are a little dirty but I can understand how hard it is to vacuum them 24/7. But overall my room was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was disgusting and stunk of smoke, the place was a shambles, falling apart, there were holes in the carpet and windows were broken. The people that live (?) here were rude and honestly made me and my partner feel unsafe during our stay. When we tried to raise issues with staff the manager- a rude young woman (Julia) told us we were lying and refused to come and view the issues herself. Do yourself a favour and stay well away!!! I honestly hope they get shut down soon because it is a massive scam.
