THE HOTEL The Casa Karina hotel is situated at the foot of the Pirin Mountain, in one of the most beautiful and modern Bulgarian ski resorts - Bansko. For the comfort of it's guests the hotel stays only 100 meters from the home station of the gondola and 20 minutes walk from the picturesque center of the city of Bansko. The cozy 3 stars hotel is open all year and allows you to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable vacation during all seasons of the year. APARTMENTS AND ROOMS The hotel consists of two buildings with 267 total numbers of beds - one of the buildings has comfortable and cozy apartments and the other part has luxury double rooms. For the comfort of the guests the two parts of the hotel are band together with a warm connection between them. There is the spacious Reception which serving the guests of the both parts of the hotel. The buildings with the apartments has 14 studios, 28 one bedroom apartments and 22 two bedroom apartments which are fully equipped and furnished with all needed for a family vacation. Almost all of the apartments have baths and kitchen box. Some of them have a beautiful view to Pirin and Rila Mountain and others have a view to the city. The hotel part of Casa Karina consists of 54 luxury furnished double rooms situated at 4 floors. There are French type beds in every room, furnished with port mantua, wardrobe, chair dresser and mirror, radiators, mini bar, TV and carpeting. Most of the rooms have a balcony with a mountain or city view. FOR KIDS For the little guests, the hotel has a funny kid club, where children can play while their parents enjoy their vacation. FOR COMPANY EVENTS For seminars, conferences, trainings and other events hotel Casa Karina has a modern Conference hall with 100-120 seats. Reviewed By cipm2016Well... This is a great place. 3rd time staying here after previous 2 stays 10 years ago. Surprised to find the place better than 10 years ago, which I cannot say about other places I revisited. Staff is very polite and helpful, food improved, wifi working excellent, on top of excelent location (50 meters to main ski rental shops and 200 meters gondola). No matter what is the choice, room or apartment, it is successful.

Great Choice Accommodation for Bansko
Reviewed By 80catalinapWe have stayed in one of the 1 bedroom appartments in March 2022. We were overall very pleased with everything. Of course you cant expect the luxury comfort level of the Kempinski hotel, but for the price paid, it's worth over 5-stars rating! The location is PERFECT (it's located extremely close to the gondola, just across the street from Kempinski), the apartment was spatious, clean and comfy. And the customer service is ABSOLUTELY GREAT! We were a bit worried about having to communicate via phone/WhatsApp (since they don't have a 24h reception), but every request or concern we've sent via WhatsApp was immediately and fully resolved. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Reviewed By Данче ТVery quiet and beautiful place, beautiful surrounding. The owner is very friendly and helpful.We were in a 2 bedroom villa, 4 adults and 1 child. The villa is comfortable for 5 people. Every bedroom has own bathroom and one toilet downstairs.The only problem here for us was the cold pool, which was unusable, but around Bansko you have a lot of hotels and public pools with mineral waters (Banja and Dobriniste) so you can go there if you want to swim.However i will come here another time.

Reviewed By G8456PNjacquelinecThe apartment was beautiful with very good daily service and regular change of towels. Pool was lovely, though pool attendant not always present. The bar manager couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful - he is the best thing about this place. On the downside, the food was always tepid and therefore diffucult to eat (9 year old son couldn't cope with cold rice and chicken for evening meal), the reception staff were not always helpful - it depended on who you asked as to whether or not you could be helped. On a wider perspective, we came during the UK half term and our observation is that the whole resort is ill equipped to cope with the number of skiers. Waiting for 2 hours or more for the Gondola to get up the mountain in the morning is just not good enough. Would not put my child through this again and will not be returning. Yes, it's cheap, but now we know why!

Reviewed By Dean GAspen Golf is a nice resort located just 10 minutes from the town centre of Bansko. Its in a quiet location with lovely views of the Pirin mountains. Spar area is good with pool, sauna, steam room and a small gym. Breakfast and Dinner is self service, however, food can be ordered from the menu if required. Rooms are also self catering with a well equipped kitchen if required. Rooms are spacious and light with balcony. Wifi is only available in the lounge and bar area.

Apart Dream Hotel has different types of rooms. We have One bedroom apartments, Two bedroom apartments and maisonettes. The check in time is after 14:00 o`clock and the check out time is before 12:00 o`clock in the winter. In the summer season the check in is after 14:00 until 22:00 o`clock.

Reviewed By emxploreWe started at this hotel for a week and whilst it did the job, it wasn’t great… Location: excellent, short walk from the gondola and to the rental shops as well as the apres bars. Room: whilst the room was spacious and had a okay view of the mountains, it wasn’t cleaned all week and we had to ask reception for new towels. There was a very loud dog right outside our window that seemed neglected, it was locked in a small enclosure all day and would wake us up every morning we constant barking. The bathroom was a good size however the shower didn’t drain properly and we had to wait ages in between people. Half way through our holiday we found a half full bottle of alcohol which tells you how well the rooms are cleaned… Facilities: we had breakfast included which seemed okay on the first 2 mornings however gradually got worse and worse. They stopped putting out the hot dishes and started bring pe-made plates that were stone cold. There was a spa area which was probably the best part of the hotel however I wouldn’t recommend staying in there for too long as the amount of chemicals in the water makes your eyes burn. There was a pool table area which we really enjoyed using, however there was only one cue that you could use. On the 4th day we came down to all the balls stuck in the table. We ask reception if they could help us and they had nothing to fix the table so it was out of use the rest of the holiday. Moving onto reception… there was never anyone actually sat there. When we arrived we were told there was someone there 24/7. This was definitely not the case, when we needed to ask a question there was no one to be seen. My boyfriend and I booked massages on the 3rd day and were expecting a relaxing time after a long ski day. I went first and was greeted by a very rude lady who only spoke in one work sentences. I appreciate that she may not have spoken much English but she clearly did not want to be there. There was no music playing and all I could hear the whole time was the people in the pool and her sniffing and grunting. Further more she was so incredibly rough that I was in more pain than I start off with! When it was done she said ‘finished’ and slammed the door leaving me to get dressed. She then came back in and said ‘pay me’ very rude and would definitely recommend just skipping the massages!!! The only saving grace for me was that our flight got cancelled and the hotel were very accommodating with letting us check out late.

Reviewed By wford25Don’t stay. Other guest smoking in the corridor and rooms. So everywhere smelt of cigarettes. The kitchen had no plates, pans or cutlery. So no point In having that area. The bed mattress cover didn’t go over the bed so most nights you would wake up on the plain mattress. There was also drilling and moving at 10pm which was strange. Wouldn’t recommend. Spend the extra few bucks and get a nicer place.

My worst Christmas vacation
Reviewed By IovivoinBulgariait's a lousy structure, I suffered from the cold during the night, the toilet didn't work it didn't drain! the restaurant did not give what was proposed in the menu, they did not allow me to have breakfast when on 12/25/2020 I ran away from this place, Booking.com advertises this place, I will never use Booking.com to book a Hotel again, I recommend to internet users: delete booking.com from their options. I paid the full amount at check-in on 12/24/2020 for 11 nights but at check-out on 12/25/2020 they did not refund me the amount for the 10 nights I did not use! I trusted the booking.com reviews but I am convinced that they are fake but if you don't believe me this is my e-mail [email protected]
