We chose this place for its proximity to downtown Jackson Hole. Easy walk to pretty much everything in town. Our room was on the second floor and getting all of our luggage up the stairs is something I wouldn't want to do again. There are many steps to the second floor! The rooms are on the small side and there's no fridge which was inconvenient as we are travelling and had to throw everything out. One huge inconvenience is the bathroom sink. Super small with virtually no counter space or shelves other than a shelf way under the sink. This is so easily remedied but they chose to put a modern bowl sink and so we had to juggle our toiletries constantly. Beds and linens are very comfy! Our room was made up twice and the towels and floor mat were taken but not replaced. There is coffee and refreshments available but twice it was cookies that were like hockey pucks - hard and burnt. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They also offer apple and oranges. The breakfast is very very good. And the breakfast area is very nicely arranged with cloth tablecloths. Very upscale! Every day they had large warm ham and cheese croissants ready to go if you are in a hurry. Lots of other choices - sweet breads, granola, fruit etc. The omelette chefs vary and the omelettes vary as well. The first day my husband RAVED about his omelette. The next day there was a different chef and his omelette was runny with way too much cheese. If I was younger I'd stay here again!

Even though we didn't get to spend as much time with Jerry as we would have liked (since we were on the go all day), we loved our stay at K-3 Guest Ranch. Jerry was definitely the entertainment, Heather was an excellent cook and Terry ran everything else like a fine oiled machine. We were so glad we were able to stay 4 nights and mostly did everything we had intended including a Wild Horse excursion (booked thru Jerry) and it was awesome. Met so many nice people and were able to share our experiences every day. Would definitely return! (We stayed in the Teton room).

Very Nice Hotel with Personal Touches

Reviewed By John H

We were on our way to Yellowstone and booked this B&B. We had a very nice room with large tub and fireplace. We didn't use either, but the room overall was large and very nice. In the evenings they offered a happy hour with wine and beer complimentary and they hosted it. The next morning they served us a wonderful breakfast of quiche, blueberry muffin, and fruit. They served us coffee and juice. It was all very personal and served with real plates and silverware. It felt more like eating at a neighbors than a hotel. I think the one word that characterizes this place would be "Personal". A pretty rare find in the day of chain hotels and poor service.

We went on a family vacation to Yellowstone. We had booked and paid for a hotel at the Best Western, when we arrived they told us they overbooked their hotel and gave us a refund. We stopped at several hotels before we found this place. We went in and asked if they had rooms, they did! We told them about our bad experience at the other Hotel. They gave us a discount for our room, and we got checked in. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The best experience was the staff. The manager was so sweet. She made sure we were comfortable, and checked in on us a few times. She was the best! When we left we thanked her for everything and she gave us a little lavender cross for our car for safe travels. We would highly recommend this property if you want reassurance there are still great people in this world!

Quaint motel in super quaint town

My wife loved staying in this cute motel. We typically stay in brand hotels (Marriott brand) so this was out of the norm. Definitely worth it. Comfortable, affordable, clean. If you're wanting 4 star....just go to Jackson. Saw a moose in town as we were getting out of our car for dinner. Big win.

Amazing home away from home for adventure

I just recently spent the weekend here at the lodge and all I have to say is that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The lodges atmosphere really makes you feel like you are visiting a friends house, except the friends you are visiting are strangers from around the world. You get the opportunity to meet these people and talk about their experiences in the communal dinner they host every night, and just get to enjoy the peace, quiet, and beauty of the devils tower when hanging out at the lodge. The guide service was fantastic, professional, amd safe, and the adventure of following my first multi pitch trad route from one of their guides was an adventure I will remember forever! Would recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

Room was where everyone that walked their dog could look right in the room and dog crap everywhere under my windows! The windows were so bad you could push the whole window and screen into the room. And no safe. Only asked once if I wanted to buy some weed! Idiot in the RV park banging on the bed of hid truck with a sledge hammer all evening, called the office and she could not speak enough English to understand the problem!
