I'm writing this now because we're back on vacation again and we're bringing our sons so they experience the same thing. We're going to Charms then Balinsasayaw, so watch for that review. We were allowed to experience the Balinsasayaw island for a day and we're planning to stay in the island this time. Food is good. We requested seafood and they provided them and it was very delicious. Everyday we were full. Every request we made were granted and every food we want to eat provided. They arranged our private island hopping and they gave us a great tour guide. Our guide was very attentive and gave us time to enjoy the different islands. He is also a great photographer and made sure that we are always safe. Accommodation is good and our room have amenities. It's on the small side but we're ok because we were a couple. I'll definitely recommend to get 2 rooms if you have teenagers. There is plenty of water and hot water for the shower. Overall great experience and will recommend. We're going back!

Reviewed By jblisbonA few months ago we organised a trip to the Philippines this January and we included Coron for a 3 night stay. We booked La Natura resort via Booking.com for their great reviews. By December according to accepted policy the total amount was debited. In January after the eruption of lake Taal vulcano we were forced to cancel all the trip (Lovely Coron was not affected at all but other parts of the trip were). I contacted La Natura and asked about a possible refund. Their general manager offered to do a full refund in case our rooms would be resold. Today I got a message from La Natura general manager informing me they will give me my money back. The reputation of a business is all about the way you respect and take care of your costumers. Reviewed By Yvescampos1431. Cleanliness-4/5- our room was clean. 2. Toilet 3/5- there are times the water supply is low (shower) esp around 6-7pm. Shower does not work because of low water supply. They should work on it. 3.staff- the staff were friendly but when i asked if i could extend my stay for 1-2 hours and i lll just pay them because of tour delays, they rejected my request as the hotel is fully booked. Which i find it odd.4. Food- I won’t recommend their breakfast its dry and some of them are hard to eat 2/5. 5. Tours- there is no consistency when it comes to communication with their staff when you book for tours. I booked a day before for the safari tour with my friend. They said they will contact the travel agency so i waited the whole day and come to find out that it was as already packed and i should book a day before which i just did. I could have just find a different agency but it was too late for me because they told me at 5pm. It’s horrible. Overall, i will recommend this place because the room was presentable/clean despite the water supply issues. I felt my valuables is secured.. The hotel is 15 mins to the town which is easy to go to bars and restaurants. But in coron, have some diarrhea which is a common problem for tourist in coron due to their water contamination; so i recommend you bring bottled water with you at all times even for brushing your teeth. Avoid any drinks with ice. Thanks coron! Will surely be back.

CORONA VIRUS SITUATION
Reviewed By manonpoupetteWe were supposed to spend 3days in this hotel. Unfortunately, a month before our stay, the Philippines closed their borders because of the coronavirus. We were unable to go to the Philippines and therefore to this hotel. We immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and to request a refund/voucher. The manager asked us for proof of cancellation of our flights,which we provided. Since that day,we have had no news from them. I tried to contact them several times by email as well as by phone but I didn't get a response The cancellation or rebooking should and MUST apply when things as exceptional as a pandemic happen. It is NOT OUR FAULT that we were unable to stay at your hotel. I understand that you can't refund all your customers but you can AT LEAST give us a voucher (like others hotels have !) You haven't been understanding with your customers and that is why I DON'T recommend you I will not be staying at your hotel next year when i go on my honeymoon to Coron !

In 3rd floor restaurant serve a fantastic Coron island sea view and all guest room serve a beautiful Tapyas mountain view. A fully air-conditioned room, with cable 24 inch LED TV, hot and cold shower and a hair dryer.

Reviewed By ml5217Stayed here for 2 nights and was immediately disappointed on arrival. Entrance is through the back gate which I wasnt expecting. Hotel receptionist was friendly enough and our room wasnt ready so she switched us to a different room which was. We booked a pool access room - would not recommend. Pool is in shade from about 12pm onwards. Chairs in our room were rusty. Our patio door was temperamental and would not lock sometimes. The lock appeared damaged probably from force of people trying to lock it. The bigger problem- ANTS! army of ants crawling across our bedroom floor and up bathroom walls all day and night. There is a gap under the front door of the room of about 1cm allowing them to come and go freely from outside. One night we had enough and put towels down to block the gap, they still got in. It was really off putting and i didnt feel comfortable in the room as a result. Breakfast was ok. Having to order it the night before was annoying and pointless. The choices are basic and should not require pre ordering. The receptionist that took our order was so rude also, as if we were interrupting her for ordering. This was a different girl than the one who checked us in. We had to ask for toilet roll twice. The room was not made up during our stay so it was never replaced. The hotel looks spotlessly clean in photos and we just did not feel clean the whole time we were there. Unfortunately the hotel was full, we heard the receptionist say to another couple who appeared looking for a room when we were checking in, so we did not bother to request a move as it couldn't have been facilitated anyway. Wouldnt recommend. It certainly doesnt look brand new like it is called in description.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless there is no place left to go
Reviewed By ImeldaNeil1967We arrived at the hotel and our names were not in the system. When we have a tour they are not cooperating they want us to contact the travel agent and the tour guide. At first glance it did not look bad then you start to notice details, like the paint peeling from the bottom of the pool, not much chlorine in the pool, plants in old tires for landscaping, with beer bottles lining the walkway. The room we stayed in did not look like the pictures that we were shown at the travel agency. The door was very cheap with no deadbolt lock. There is no room phone if there is an emergency. the windows were glass block, with no view (a prison cell has a better view) the walls had deep cracks in them on both sides of the room, also all of the support pillars on the balcony appeared to be missing due to an earthquake at some point during its life, this could be the reason the walls are cracked in the inside, because of the lack of structural support on the outside of the building. The air conditioning in the room was noisy all night, there were no toiletries except a bar of soap and two bath towels, there was only one sheet on the bed? There is no room safe. There is no refrigerator. The lighting was very dim with only one light switch no night lights, there was not very much pressure in the shower, the floors were dirty. The street at night is very dim and scary if you were to walk back alone at night. It was very hard to get the complimentary breakfast even when ordered the night before, and no coffee ready in the morning. The staff are unfriendly especially the breakfast staff. When we confronted the owner regarding the staff and the hotel she told us to leave. So this tells me she only cares about the money not the quality. The WiFi is very poor everywhere in the premises.

( island hopping ) and not expensive ! The food is ok ! not great ,but ok ! most of the time they have wine or coke zero (not always ) the only negative is that they close the restaurant at 9 pm . So you have the feeling that they want you out of the restaurant before 9 pm . rooms are beautiful ! fridge ,sateliet tv , it takes a few minutes beforte you get hot water . nice terras with beautiful view . very helpful and friendly staff ! I defenetly want to go back one day !
