The Elevator is not safe!

Reviewed By CF0103

We have been living here while we build another house. The first week the door came off of the hinges where the AC handler is. There is absolutely NO storage space for brooms, vacuums, cleaning supplies, etc. The Condo always feels humid and there is a mold problem in the building. We are located on the fifth floor and for the last month the elevator has broken down three times. The third time my daughter called me in a panic crying because she felt like the elevator was dropping to each floor really fast and was making LOUD noises when it hit each floor like it was crashing into something. Trying to get a hold of someone to talk to them about this situation is almost impossible because nobody answers the phones. I had to drive over to the condo while I was at work to let someone know what had happened! I requested to be moved to the first floor and they tell me there isn't anything available but they will let me out of my lease early. How convenient! This place also is for rent to people that want to stay for vacation or if they are having a wedding at Bella Collina. The place is always busy on the weekends and someone is always parking in my reserved parking place. I DO NOT recommend this place purely due to safety concerns.

Amazing Staff

This is our 10th stay here, They have another hotel 2 minutes from here (Grande Villa) but we always prefer this one because the staff is always better when you compare both hotels. They care more about everything. Today Desiree took good care of us. She is a nice employee and she tried everything we asked, always smiling and giving her best with everything. There was a moment when she didn’t find something we were asking for and her manager Willy Díaz showed up and immediately started working with her to find what we requested. Finally he found a room and he went with me to see if we were happy with our request. He was very polite and like Desiree very professional. We love this place a lot and we recommend this place 100%. Thanks again to the staff.

This property was a win. It exceeded my expectations with luxurious accommodations arrived at the night the views were capturing. My family and I were happily impressed with the modern decor and layout. Perfect spot for group vacationing all bedrooms are en-suites. Loved having control of AC Loved the large wall to wall windows and large outdoor space equipped with large sectional, table and grill along with sink. It provided ample seating and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Highly recommend and would return. And the location is perfect close to stores, restaurants, shopping, Disney less than 10th items and other amusements.

Not a great experience .

I didn’t expect a feeling of being in a motel 6. No bath mats, no coffee maker. No carpets. I was told coffee was available 24 hours a day. Went down at 7:25am. No coffee. “We have to make it” I was told . Ok well how about a tea? Sure if you pay for it. Maybe I expected too much for $132 a night.

Beautiful place dreadful service from Tui & in the resort

Reviewed By debrarG6517NJ

We are a family of 5 - 4 adults and a 2 year old staying here currently. The house and resort are beautiful but the customer service from Tui and the resort is non existent. When we arrived despite us all being on the tui booking (obviously as we had a Tui package) they would only allow me as the lead passenger to enter as either Tui or the agent had failed to list everybody! It took us about 3 hours to sort out eventually only by driving to the agents office. We had our booking confirmation and asked reception to call the agent for us as we couldn't get them on the phone but they flatly refused leaving everybody else including a fractious 2 year old in the car outside. It was impossible to contact Tui despite their 27/7 claim of support. Then in the middle of the night there was a loud crash and the TV had fallen off the wall onto one of the children's beds thankfully he wasn't in there. On inspection a shelf in the same room was also hanging off. Concerned for our safety I again tried to contact Tui by online chat (that's a joke), text (wouldn't go through) phone (wouldn't answer). Also tried Twitter to no avail. I cannot fault the resort but if you encounter problems you really are left out in the cold.

Lots of partying and very loud!

Reviewed By beccatap330

Upon reading other reviews, it seems as though staying here is a luck of the draw depending on who your neighbors are. We staying in a townhome built this year on Penelope Loop. More than half the homes on our street were still under construction, which we were not made aware of, and so it felt like we were in a construction zone. We were woken up almost every night to loud parties, music and yelling happening, and witness carloads of people being dropped off throughout the night. We did not feel safe and were constantly on high alert. If you’re looking for a location for a bachelor/bachelorette party, then this might be a good fit. But I personally will not be returning and would not recommend to families with children. The house was pretty nice although it was poorly stocked when it comes to kitchen and cleaning essentials. The cleaning was average and bedding could use improvement. The house could accommodate a lot of people if you needed it too, the decoration style was nice. We used the private pool but were given no instructions on how to access the other resort amenities. We hardly spent time there as we were at Disney most of the days, but the time we did spend there we were being woke up throughout the night and on high alert. I think the resort has a lot of potential if they can double down on their security. We booked via AirBnb. It had good proximity to Disney and a Target nearby if you needed to purchase groceries/essentials. We were bummed with our experience. The pictures online definitely paint a different experience.
