Casa Simeon is a grand heritage house in Bacacay, Albay (35 minutes away from the Legazpi city center). The house was built in 1920. The reception area, library, coffee shop, and restaurant/dining area are in the restored original house. Charming modern rooms using recycled wood from the old house are found at the back of the house. Casa Simeon is close to to town center, public market with wonderful finds especially on the big market days of Wednesday and Sunday (mornings only), park, great view of Mayon Volcano, 10 minutes to the beach, restaurants and dining. Albay's only heritage house converted to a bed and breakfast is open for you to call home.

ParmView Inn is a budget hotel with 11 fully air-conditioned rooms. It has double bed rooms, bunk rooms, and group bunk rooms. Group bunk rooms have their own toilet and bath while bunk and double bed rooms have shared toilet and bath. All bathrooms have hot and cold shower. ParmVIew has a common kitchen and dining, an open air deck with a view of Mayon Volcano, plus fast Internet access.

Reviewed By badSimpsonThey have two locations the Parmview building and the Guevarra Restuarant building. We stayed in the Guevarra which was about 200m away from Parmview. We booked several rooms for several people and they got us what we needed - just a place to sleep over for a night. The rooms are clean but just big enough for two people at most. The double rooms are really small and is not recommended for large-bodied couples. The triple rooms are bigger and better, offering 3 beds and more space. The VIP room is similar to the size of the triple and offers a queen sized bed. The air-con and showers are working well. They offer wifi, meals, parking, free drinking water. Some of our companions complained about smelly bed sheets. The room doors don't offer much security so leaving valuables is not an option when going out for a stroll. Overall, the place is good for our budget and satisfied our immediate need.

HONEYMOON WELL SPENT!
Reviewed By toniotheflash24This place was recommended to us by a colleague. Me and my wife were looking forward to this for so long. And boy they didn't disappoint. The room itself has an amazing view of the Volcano. It was just majestic. We never wanted to leave. Their food selection is average - can still be improved. Happy hour was a blast. The staff here were very accommodating. We had a some issues with the appliances in our room - and they came at once and took care of everything. On our last night, we invited the staff to bond with us to close down our honeymoon. We drank, talked and ate all night. Looking forward to return here.

Reviewed By Christie BStaff are very friendly and accommodating. It's located inside a subdivision so you have to walk a bit to get to the main road. they provided breakfast. aircon is verrry cold. wifi wasn't that strong because of some problems with the line. loved their thick towel :)

Accessible and just an ok hotel
Reviewed By KhinvdijkThe place is very accessible and just walking distance from Irosin plaza. The staff are friendly but booking the room was not very smooth since they do not answer on fb page and calling takes so long before they answer. Safety is an issue because they do not have staff that always available in the lobby and mostly you have to wait for them and even at night they just leave the door open and they do not have safe place to leave your valuable items. The room is nice but not well maintained. We booked the room that cost 1400php but when we arrived the only available is the one that cost 1800php so we just stayed. The floor were dirty and bugs everywhere. The bathroom is spacious and there is cold and hot shower but the shower was not working well.

Great value hotel close to airport
Reviewed By dvdlghrnApihap accommodated our family for 3 nights. The rooms were super modern and spotlessly clean, the location was great with a rooftop terrace for breakfast overlooking the Mayon volcano. Plenty of free parking and 5 minutes drive from the airport, perfect for those with an early flight. Also, the best coffee in Legazpi hands down. All served by attentive and polite staff. Special mention to Rosevelt, he is incredible at his job! At this price the value for money is superb and will hopefully make other hotels in the area buck their ideas up. We will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
