He went above and beyond on so many levels! He made sure the drinks were rushed to the table so that my husband and I could have some liquid courage to get through dinner! He recommended great items on the menu and all of which is delivered! My kids were going crazy and I kept apologizing. He would fetch thrown toys and continuously let me know that he enjoyed children and that it was no problem at all! He helped us survive that dinner and we left feeling full and a little less stressed out! We plan to come back real soon and hopefully we will see Santiago in his element! 5 gold stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They provided our children with snacks and colouring to keep them occupied whilst we done the paperwork. Our room wasn’t ready as we were early so they said it would be ready in an hour so wr chose to wait. Within half an hour they came to find us. We had booked a one bed but were put in a two bed. The condo was beautiful and absolutely huge. Every part of it was immaculate and spotless. The beds were the most comfortable ever and we all slept so well. The pools were great and my kids loved swimming in the dark u set the floodlights. We loved it so much we have booked to come back again in February, wr can’t wait.

There are plenty of activities for the little ones; place includes free hockey tables upstairs, footbal miniature game and for the little “wild rookies” an Xbox . Great Stay! Walking Distance To Fun Spot / Old Town
Reviewed By kdublawWe really enjoyed our first stay this past weekend. We traveled with our son and his best friend (both 16). The hotel was well kept, smelled clean, beautiful pool and friendly staff. I didn't realize it when we booked (husband made the reservations) the hotel is located directly across from Fun spot & Old town. This made for an easy walk from our hotel to lots of activities. Mini golf, go carts, rides, shops and food. The boys ventured over on their own and had a great time. This would be perfect to keep the kids busy when not at the parks. We noticed the hotel pool is open 24 hours which may be a perk for night owls. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds a bit stiff but after a long day at the water park, we didn't seem to mind. The free breakfast is served until 10:00 am. It was buffet style with plenty of options (not just cereal). They offered small fresh made cheese omelets, sausage links, fruit, cereals, pastries, mickey waffles, bagels, juice, water, coffee etc. We were surprised at the variety for breakfast. They have staff behind the buffet which was nice. We noticed it was pretty busy around 8:30 am which is to be expected. Our only Con would be the speed of the elevators. We were told about this before we arrived. Just bring a little patience or take the stairs :) The hotel offers a small game room with arcade style games and a onsite office with computers and printers if needed. Overall a great stay. We will plan to stay here again on our next visit.

The worst thing is they charge a "Resort Fee" for parking your car and other "amenities" like the pool, shuffleboard, bbq grill, and business center. The rooms had recently been "updated" but still needed much more work.

Good Property for Those on a Budget

Room had everything we needed with refrigerator, microwave, kitchen ware and coffee maker. Beds were just okay for comfort but, pillows were not good. Bring your own pillow if possible. Proximity to the theme parks is good. Several stores and restaurants nearby. Outside noise (traffic and people) was loud, bring earplugs. There was a homeless man living on the adjacent property next to the Racetrac which was close to our room. Something happened one night with him and some other people and the police were called. Overall, the room was good for the price if you are on a budget.

Pool area is fun with activities and the rooms are very nice and well appointed, the beds are very comfy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in this wonderful place!
