Nice place, but fix a few things
Reviewed By jongableThe common space at this hotel is quite nice and I the beach and pool areas were very relaxing. My only issue is I found my room to be quite noisy. The AC unit was extremely loud and the toilet ran due to dripping water in the bowl. Without those issues I would have enjoyed my stay more.

Nicest Hotel Staff I have ever encountered

We felt privileged to stay on the top floor and had an ocean view and also a view of the nature preserve on the other side. The people who work there are the nicest I have ever met on vacation! They go out of their way to be helpful. The grab and go coffee shop is really convenient. The only negative is that sometimes they rent part of the resort like certain pools for private events, so you cannot use these facilities from 3:00 p.m. onward. Also, we had a problem with our hair dryer having a 6-inch cord, which made it impossible to plug into the lower electric socket and use. They quickly resolved this for this with a dryer with a longer cord when we asked about this. All in all, it was a very good place to stay. The pool complex and hotel lobby are beautiful, and the resort is in the middle of all the action.

We had a great time at the pool and Diana was very nice and helpful .The breakfast was really great and Jackie was really good to us . Thank you to the amazing people that made our stay very memorable

On the boardwalk, across from the beach, room was clean (maybe some updating, but clean), and some of the best food! Staff was great! I plan on going back, hopefully soon!

Reviewed By JJFergieWe stayed in room B4 which backs onto the Taco Bar, and the music is played loud until 11pm. When we tried to change rooms they didn't have any available. I was with my kids 6&8 and we didn't much sleep, and the windows and walls are paper thin so we could sleep in. The hotel does NOT look like pictures, it is very run down, it is however very close to the beach.

Reviewed By LakecountrytrainingIf it's your 1st time to Hollywood Beach, most "resorts" are not what you see in other locations. Most are much smaller than what you would expect. Notice square footage when booking. Normally I like large fancy places. But Hollywood Beach has changed my opinion. These smaller scale places are SO easy to walk out and quickly get to the beach. March 2022 was our 1st time at this resort. We loved it! We will be back. The location is steps from the broadwalk. In less than a minute your on the broadwalk or Beach. Our room had everything we needed for us. Family of 3. We had our 14 year old son with. We had our own tiny room with a comfortable bed. He had a futon/couch in small living room. We had a suite. Had 4 foot tall fridge with freezer. Good size for less than a week. We Uber to Publix for about $20-$30 one way. Sounds expensive but saved alot of money to have some meals & drinks. A closer Publix will be open soon We hear. There were tables and chairs right outside of our room so we usually had breakfast at table. Very convenient. We lucked out that the guests at resort were great while we were there. We never had any obnoxious people. We went deep sea fishing at Lady Pamela's about 2 miles away to get on boat. We caught fish, Lady Pamela crew cleaned the fish. We grilled out on a grill outside of our room at resort. We paid deposit to use grill, but got deposit back. Restaurants are very close by, some 1-2 minutes away. Service always seems to be kind of slower than we are used to at hollywood Beach Restaurants. There is a cool tiki bar right at the resort. Friday night they had live music. It was very loud, we could hear it from the Broadwalk. But we were on vacation so didn't mind so much. It ended at 11 or 12pm. I read a tip to bring an eye mask. I'm so glad I did because the resort is lit up at night. In our room it looks like daytime with the shades closed. I'm sure it's for everyone's safety. We did feel very safe at this location. Next door is a public park. I was some what unsure if rif-raf would occur park at night. But seemed safe. Bike rental place about 30 feet away. I brought a few plastic over the door hooks for the shower door to hang our wet towels & swim suites. We are used to most hotels not having hooks. I would 100% stay at this resort again. We were very happy with our room, the location, the staff, the landscaping , safety and convenience.

Reviewed By gailsalzArrived to a run down property. Nothing like the pictures. We ordered a suite and got a tiny room with 2 beds and a dresser. Dirty bathroom. The ocean view was a joke! Small dirty window that you had to sit on the bed in order to see out. No chairs. No balcony. The housekeeper threw the sheets and towels off the second floor to the lawn below. They charged $159 for amenities which was a very small pool and a continental?? Breakfast. Room smelled musty. They charge $20 a day for a lawn chair and beach towel. We complained and the moved us to another building. Not much better no ocean view but same price. We got another hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. They won’t refund $$.
