My only regret was I didn't stay long enough

Restaurant/Bar on premises for your convenience in addition to the pool and easy beach access. Clay brightened up our poolside experience. Clay's warm hospitality insured we were well fed and hydrated while taking our orders while we enjoyed the sun and plunge in the pool. Both dinner and breakfast onsite were great. Cody took care of us on our first night at dinner and made sure we enjoyed our meals. I felt like I was on a resort. I will return and recommend to others!

Fantastic staff but aging property

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and restaurant food is very good. The rooms however are old and worn. There are multiple stains on the carpet and furniture has seen better days. Would I stay here again? Yes! Great conference facilities and pool area.

Family owned and it shows in the care and kindness. Able to have our rooms all on one floor. Nice pool and picnic area with grills, kids pool, shuffleboard and basketball, beach access. Not 5 star, and a bit worn(typical for beach hotels), but we had a lovely time.

From the Check-In Hosts, to the Breakfast Hosts, and to the Housekeeping Staff, all of these associates went out of their way to ensure that our stay at the Hyatt Place Daytona was relaxing and memorable. Everyone working at the hotel seemed to have a genuine concern about the guests and ensured that they felt taken care of while away on vacation. Reviewed By johnnygt85Outside was clean, great view, poor staff service 7 day stay and never cleaned our room or brought fresh towels or linens, leaky shower cold or vary hot water. Possibly a prostitution ring with some staff knowledge. My son was approached by a man Outside the hotel for adult services and I also seen same man talking with staff In parking garage as well as the working girls going in and out of different rooms.

Very hard to find your way around because there aren’t any signs. Really like a maze. We would definitely come back when remodel is complete and school is in.

Affordable rates, incomparable views and located on the quiet side of Daytona Beach, it's an older property in need of a facelift but it has character, is as relatively clean as a sandy, salty, oceanfront building that's decades old can be and has very competitive prices. If you're looking for luxury accommodations then go elsewhere but if you're not high maintenance and here for the ocean views and proximity to everything in Daytona then Emerald Shores is a place for you. Shoutout to Jodi at reception for her professionalism, courtesy and hospitality!

I must say that Dwayne was extremely helpful with a smile and gave us some great suggestions. The place shows wear from being an older building. They definitely can make some improvements! We still saw some beautiful sunrises. Balcony’s are great!
